The location is near to the "Pudu" subway train station (about 5 minutes walking away) and it's near "Pudu Wet Market" which is a traditional market that you can find almost every fresh fruit, fish, chicken, etc. at a reasonable price. Also in the mention market, there was an exchange which I realized the day I was leaving. Smoking is not allowed in the corridors and rooms. The members of the staff were so kind I do thank all of them for being kind to me and their services. Internet speed was so slow and the breakfast was not diverse and every day almost the same (just three options available). Some towels had yellow stain. The room is not as big and beautiful as it seems in the pictures and the facilities are exaggerating. You should be noticed that the price which is shown on your reservation receipt will be increased, for example, my reservation for a premium room for 7 nights was MRY389, but I charged MYR462, that seems in Malaysia some taxes will be added to your invoice for every night you stay at hotels. The hotel also gets MYR50 as a deposit and they give it back to you at the checkout day. Two bottles of drinking water were included in the room price but I had to ask them to bring them for me every day. There was not a chair behind the desk in the room and it was difficult for me to work with my laptop. It seems it would be good if the hotel put a clock on the wall in the room, sometimes it's really a tough job you want to check the time from your cell phone or watch. The hotel is located near an almost noisy street and even though I had requested a quiet room, but sometimes I got bothered by the outside noise, if they had installed sound proof windows, it would have sealed the noise...
Read moreI stayed in this hotel for 6 nights last August 2018. First time, if you arrive before 12pm and want to do a check in you have to pay 10Ring per hour. We have been travelling all Asia in the last year and this has been the first place which is CHARGING THIS FOR EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT because we arrived tired from China at 9am and the room was empty but we had to stay at reception waiting til 12 for check in. THAT IS SOMETHING VERY BAD.||The second bad thing is that we bought a BUS TICKET to Singapur and asked someone in reception where to collect it. He told us to go a central train station and that was a wrong information as our ticket was for a bus. That means THIS PERSON didn't listen to me when I asked the question because I even shown him my reservation for the bus. We lost our money and time going to a place to collect a ticket that was wrong because receptionist didn't pay attention in our need.||Thirt thing.... I wrote all of this in my review from Booking and weeks later I received a notice from Booking saying the hotel said I didn't stay at the property so they cancelled my booking and deleted my comment with the problems we had there.Obviously this has been a trick to hide my bad comment.||Even the hotel is not very bad this action is quite annoying.||Room is not bad and is clean but plasma tv is quite old and NO HDMI so yo can't connect your laptop.||Breakfast is not bad but they say is from 8 o 10 but if you arrive 9.15 there is only bread available as noodles and rice gone out and they don't replace it. There is just acceptable breakfast if you arrive very early as they don't make enouth food for...
Read moreI've booked a room for a night on 13 July 2019. I mentioned in my booking my ETA will be around 23:00~24:00. When I reach the hotel, the receptionist, a Malay guy, told me that their rooms are full. I was so shocked to hear this. I mean how can the rooms are sold out when we already got a booking and there's no any cancellation. So I talk to the guy about this. His attitude is very terrible and he told me he can do nothing because we arrived very late and their rooms are all first come first serve??? That's mean no point we doing booking for the rooms?? The guy ask me to call his manager and talk about this. So I called and complain about this, the lady said she will ask the guy to check any available rooms left. Then the guy ask me to pay double of my original room price for the upgrade?? I got so pissed and call the manager again to complain about this. End up she say her staff overlooked and there's actually still a room left for me and I can get to pay the original price for the room.||This is really unacceptable when you have a booking but they said the rooms are all sold out. And I really hope the hotel can give out training to the front desk staff about how to treat guest in a polite way. A big NO for me to return to this...
