My experience at Luxury Perfume Malaysia was very enjoyable and satisfying. The store itself is easily located if you just follow the lot numbers displayed on the top of each stores.
Now, customer service. Before going to LPM, I did some research on my own and have read a few reviews saying that they had poor customer service and that the staffs are not friendly. Of course, this threw me off and made me avoid going to the store but after giving it some thought, I decided to give it a shot and check it out myself. I was shocked at the customer service and how amazing they treated me. I went in there with limited knowledge about fragrances and Daniel/Danial attended to me so well. He provided me with the best hospitality and was so patient throughout my visit. I spent a good 30 minutes in there and smelled around 10 samples, and through each and every sample, he explained it to me 1 by 1 to make sure I don't make any purchase that I'd regret. He knows his stuff FOR SURE. If you have any questions about fragrance, feel free to ask him because he will help you with the best of his abilities.
Perfume selection. Honestly, I don't know what they DON'T have. Every single thing I asked for, they had them. It was ridiculous. Of course, don't expect them to have EVERYTHING but I think they'd have a lil something for everyone.
Cleanliness and environment. Of course, from an outsider's perspective, one would think that a store in KWC would be like meh and not clean but trust me, their store is very well maintained. It's clean and cozy. Not to mention, all the perfumes are arranged accordingly from designers to niche fragrances and everything can be easily found.
To conclude my review, I'd say that I had a pretty pleasant experience at Luxury Perfume Malaysia. Everyone was nice. I had an amazing time and ran into 0 problems and altercations. Keep it up guys!

I bought two bottles of perfume from this shop yesterday, and since I did not have enough time, I did not open the boxes there. To be honest, I trusted them. However, after getting back home, when I opened the boxes I noticed that there is a small scratch on one of the bottles (30ML/650 RM). I already informed them, but please see how they have responded to my raised issue through WhatsApp and how they have been behaving. They claim that even if you find the bottle empty or other issues, you CANNOT complain and they cannot do anything for you. REALLY WEIRED. Their customer service is 0/100.
So, please remember my case before trying this shop.
PLEASE DO NOT OVERLOOK TRUE REVIEWS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS SHOP.

"1st of all we dont have a customer by this name, its a woman customer bought delina exclusive 30ml in seal box. The small dented on bottle which factory default have made her gone mad, we said its seal box from manufacturer and offer her to come and exchange, but she is telling me how we blame manufacturer if a bottle become half, ( which it will never happen to us or distributor to proceed half volume). What his intention giving warning to other about this incident. Its just a small scrath on bottle and its factory default not even effect the smell and volume of a perfume."
My reply: Do you know the names of all your customers? I am a guy who came to your shop and talked to you. I told you I am buying these to my wife. You cannot hide the truth. Please see the receipt. Did you offer me an exchange? Are you kidding? You told me that you cannot do anything. Please see the appended WhatsApp communications. My intention is to help others not to fall in your trap. I went there thinking I could buy 3 or 4 niche perfumes but the boss think that customers will pay 2000RM for a perfume without trying it.. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. Apparently they only care about profit. I strongly advise you to review your customer service because it is the worst in Kuala Lumpur. All the shops offer samples or testers. You will not die if you open a bottle of tester for each niche reference you offer.
Because no one wants to pay a lot of money before trying the perfume. Especially since we come to your shop to test the references before buying them. In this case, close your physical store and stay online only ๐คจ๐ค It's the world upside down..
Not professional and the staff is not at all well trained.. There is really everything to review at your place. It's a shame because you have excellent references. You are losing a lot of customers for sure.

Are you serious?? I think this is a joke? You are the most expensive store in Kuala Lumpur for the items you sell! Some of your niche perfumes go up to more than RM2000 and you call them discounted prices?! ๐๐ค
