Dah selalu datang makan sini but today I'm a bit unhappy with the experience. I was the first customer perhaps today, eating alone. I was seated at one place and later asked to change to another, by a lady staff, who was very polite all the time. I ordered my meal through the tab from my seat, mind you I did not manage to order anything at all from the tab of the seat when I was first seated sebab it was loading, the lady staff herself acknowledged this and it seems like they have issues with the tabs in the outlet because Firdaus was seen fixing tabs here and there. When my meal arrived, I was trying to make a second order of sambal from the same tab I ordered my meal, tapi all of a sudden I have to re-enter number of pax, and I just ignore it and thought they definitely have issues with their tabs and I knew that the bill would come out wrongly. Dah habis makan, I called for a bill, and terus ke kaunter, Firdaus was there. Bill came out wrong exactly as I thought, cheaper sebab tak termasuk my set meal, I highlighted it to him. He and the lady staff went to sort out the issue only to come back to the cashier to blame me and tell me I ordered the set meal and sambal from 2 different tabs. I corrected him nicely but he insisted I was at the wrong. I have been observing you fixing the tabs here and there the whole time I was seating and eating, and when the bill came out wrongly that I highlighted it, you put the blame on me just because of the tab numbers shown differently? Acknowledging that your system is at fault is apparently harder that you shift the blame unto your customer. With no apology or anything, I work in the same industry as well and definitely this is not how I would handle...
Read moreWent here for the Sushi Bonanza promo going on. Apparently there's a 45 minute time limit/table. The hostess did not attend to us, we had to call her to order and she did not even check whether all our orders have arrived. Bit when the 45 minutes time was up she went over to our table for the 1st time since ordering to ask us to leave. When we mentioned not all our orders have arrived she just went away without asking which ones and not apologizing. We were asked to leave 2 more times after but still not all of orders have arrived.
First of all, please can the staff check 1st whether all orders have arrived BEFORE asking guests to leave the table and at least have decency to inform us regarding the delay. I'm not sure whether the staff is overworked or generally unmotivated but it was one of the worst...
Read moreWorst sushi and service we have had so far in Malaysia. Place was really dirty. We were in a rush for a movie so thought conveyor belt sushi would be fastest. We were waiting a long time to get seated, there were tonnes of empty tables but none of them were cleaned. Frustrated from no acknowledgement from staff, we seated ourselves, then staff asked us to go back and wait.
Tables were all not cleaned. Nothing on the table was refilled. I had to gey chopsticks and napkins from other tables.
We only had 4 plates of sushi and had to leave cause it just wad nor edible. Nothing was fresh, looks like been sitting for a long time and the rice inside was a big mush. Very low quality sushi, vibe and service. Staff morale there also feels...
