As a Japanese restaurant, the ambience is pretty good. I like how they renovated and decorated the restaurant to make it feel really comfortable to dine in there.
For food quality, the food was okay. I won't say it was great or scrumptious, but it still satisfied my taste. I've been there for a few times and one thing I disliked about was their green tea. It has become worse in my opinion. The food preparation time was reasonable, not too long and it was about 30-minute wait.
The hygiene of the restaurant was good. They keep the place clean and fragrant which is nice.
If you want to visit to this restaurant, make sure to give them a call to make reservation as it's always...
Read moreCame back as we used to frequent this place back somewhere in 2019-2021 (even ordered during covid). Disappointed to walk into a few sulky waitresses and with air conditioning not on and no ambiance music.
We were not served the menu until we asked and the servers simply laughed it off and continued talking very loudly on the sides. We saw the poorly maintained menu with cello tapes and decided that we won’t be spending our buck here. We packed and left without ordering very shortly after.
How is this service level still allowable in this time and day for a once well served restaurant?...
Read moreThis is my 2nd time here for dinner after a year. Had the Saba Shioyaki Set, presentation was appetizing however the fish was dry when it was supposed to have a smoky and umami flavour which was a bit of a letdown from my previous experience dining here. The side dishes that came with the set were very good, chawanmushi was savory and freshly made, tofu and mushrooms were equally good. The waitress was attentive and friendly.
I would be back to try their lunch...
