The only good thing I can say about this place is the views of the Straits of Melaka. Beyond that, from the moment you enter reception, its an entry into a striplighted world of 1970's factory 'grim' with the apparatchik stamping twenty Soviet style entrance and exit stamps for the car parking.||||Straight away, you KNOW you've entered a strange parallel universe, and the receptionist is edgy. You can see him twitching, as in he's just itching for his next Ice hit, as he relentlessly hits the entrance and exit coupons, like an emaciated communist Romanian rationing officer in Ceacuscu's Romania. The only thing hes got to look forward to after a day under Stasi type strip lights is a blast of Ice.||||Thats a terribly cruel thing to say, but I say it as I see it. I mean, this Hotel is cheap, its reasonable, but its so grim its comically funny.||||Trust me to be unwise and wait until the last minute to pick a room. Big mistake. It was a public holiday (Mayday) and everywhere half decent is booked out. Meanwhile, at the bottom of the list is this strange house of horrors, an antiquated relic of 1970's Malaysia, which has'nt changed since the 1970's.||||I nearly screamed Mayday, when I see this garish Pink building, a sign with a phone number outside, and my heart sinks.||||'Is this is?' A very run down apartment and do not ever book it if you lucky enough to read these review. If there is a no star button for sure I will click for it! It’s totally ruin my holiday. We have book the highest floor- penthouse and it cost me RM 600 ++. I believe in this rate I can find much more better stay in Melaka. The floor is sticky and seems like never mop before. A cockroach welcoming me once we open the door, seems like it’s a long stay customer ya! Few light bulb can’t function at call, called to the PIC and he a technician come but end up the technician informed us it’s spoiled and cannot be replace. Toilet is dirty and come with foul smell. The water heater is not working at all. The bathroom map dirty and it’s come with some brown/ blood stain. No idea what’s it. Water dripping from ceiling at the living room.

The good point is there is a lot of restaurant/ shops/ convinient store nearby the apartment. And the balcony is super big enough with part of seaview. I believe this will be very best if the apartment is under good...

Previous reviews mentioned about dusty condition which I did not encounter. 10 of us staying in this 3 rooms apartment = value for money. We paid about RM355. ||||Space is a bit squeezy but we came back just to sleep so its limited facilities doesn't bother us. The swimming pool does look tempting on a sunny day.||||Apartment is very basic with a sofa, dining table, 2 bathrooms, TV, airconditioning in the rooms, fan in the living room.||||Bathrooms are alright with heater working. The exterior looks very run down.||||I say it is not so safe? for 2 persons or a single person because this apartment and its surrounding are really very quiet, more so at night.||||Location like what the previous reviewer said is pretty good. For drivers, the parking area is at the 7th floor.||||For me personally I had a restful sleep at this apartment. It may be more suitable...
