Recently, we took 2 small dogs to live in IGo Glamz's IDEUN (bus) and Hyeon total Rm604.80. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.
The biggest disadvantage is that IGo Glamz is obviously a pet-friendly camper, but there are two unfriendly dogs in the park, a poodle and a local dog (however, this is not the pet of other customers, but the dog of the staff in IGo Glamz!) Therefore, we must pay attention to our own dogs all the time. We can't let our babies get close to their pets in case they are bitten. Even humans will bark fiercely when they get close! So if you really want to relax completely and let the dog run freely, I don't think it's appropriate, because we stay there for 2 days and 1 night and are afraid that our pets will be bitten!
I will book IDEUN because I consider that it is more convenient to have my own bathroom. However, there is only a shower room inside, and there is no toilet inside. This means that we must use public toilets. And the shower in the room stinks! It smells like poop! Even the room, including the bed, has an uncomfortable smell! IDEUN's height is not suitable for tall guests. I'm a girl who is 170 cm tall and feels very oppressive. Height above 180 should not be able to stand straight in the room. The steep stairs leading to IDEUN are not very convenient. The stairs are very sloping. Even my friend is only 155cm tall. If you don't pay attention, you will knock on the top of the door. You can evimable how oppressive it is inside.
Environment: We are the first group of guests, but there is flattened poop on the grass (not cleaned up), and there will be some stinky poop around, and the environment is a little dirty.
As for the staff, they are only average. He didn't take the initiative to say hello and didn't smile (obviously there were only 2 groups of guests that day), which did not leave a good impression on people.
The camping experience here for 2 days and 1 night, I think it's just a one-time experience, and I don't want to come back. THE PRICE OF IDEUN DURING THE PEAK SEASON MAY BE AS HIGH AS RM800++ PER NIGHT, BUT I DON'T THINK IT'S WORTH IT...

Read moreThis is my 2nd time here with our Corgis. 4 adults and 4 furkids, therefore we booked #Jiho# - the big green tent that can accommodate up to 6pax. Very convenient for us as there is En-suite toilet and shower. With aircon inside the tent makes our stay very comfortable even during mid day. . There is some space outside the tent for furkids to pee. Definitely much better environment as compared to the one we had been to at Cameron Highlands.
The staff especially one of the Malay guy ( sorry I forgot his name) are very welcoming and thoughtful for us and our furkids. Friendly to chit chat and pay attention to our needs. Took the initiative to prepare a different breakfast as we stayed for 3 days 2 nights so that it is not so boring to have the same selection of breakfast, a very nice gesture.
The house dog - Jiro may not be very friendly towards some dogs but he is very sweet and friendly towards human, wagging his tail as we pet him; he just preferred to keep a safe space with other dogs around. Anyway the nice Malay staff had already told us when we arrived. It is definitely the responsibility of paw-parents to keep an eye on our own furkids no matter where we go.
We had a good time bonding with our furkids while they make new friends. Enclosed and safe for the dogs to run around and explore with new smells. ( Coincidentally there were 3 other groups with 3-4 dogs each ). Will...
