Palas Horizon Kea Farm by PLAY — Hotel in Pahang

The apartment is new, clean. However is very unsafe and quiet as is a whole new apartment lot with construction worker all around. During our stay, our main door was getting break in by the worker. We caught the worker standing outside and we reported to the owner. But no secuirty camera around so we were worried and we decide to cancel our 2nd day booking and check out. Even during check out, the worker were wondering around our car at the car park area. Lucky our stuff is not stolen which it could be if we didnt aware the worker break in attempt.

Very unsafe, our apartment got attempt to break in two time, first time is at midnight when someone press our door hanlde twice and when we shouted then no sound, 2nd time break in was next day morning 10am again they try press the door handle, this time i dare myself to open and saw an elderly man worker standing in the walkway looking at me. Straightaway we reported to play management yet they told us nothing to do except report police if anything. We were all girls booking the stay so we decided to leave and cancel booking. While we checking out going down to our car, the worker follow us to the carpark and we also saw two more worker squitting around there, we quickly lock and drive away. Lucky we are safe. Never ever book this apartment again. Is empty apartment lot with lot of construction worker going about, no security camera, no guard, open drive entry, most unsafe is no outside door grill on apartment, only manual key to open the door. No double bolt. The side kitchen door easily can break in from the apartment walkway, the toilet window big enough to climb in if did not close tighlty, the sliding door made of glass lock is not working, need to close room and door curtain as just next door is the construction worker stay and working, the carpark got the designated room number display which is why we were easily targeted by the construction worker as they know we came for vacation and staying at that exact play management apartment room. This si the worst Airbnb/ accomodation I ever have in Cameron highland. The unit seem to be abandoned for awhile. The place is super dirty, the wall full of insects, the kitchen is so horrible. It looks nth like the picture/catalogue they sent to u. Extremely regret and scary, have to leave the night itself! Just not acceptable and not meet normal liveable standard! Don’t even have any basic utensil at the kitchen, no wifi, no shampoo/body wash provided and one of the bathroom no hot water. Very dirty The wall have stain everywhere, moulds around the unit, especially kitchen and toilets. Shower was leaking and pillow smells, including the pillow case linen look dirty and bad.

Just not recommend this place and stay away from this unit A-4-03. Basically this PLAY management didn’t do a good job, look like the place just not even being care/manage/clean for...

Enjoyed my stay in the deluxe balcony room with a view facing an open area—a peaceful, serene environment. The temperature was cool even without air conditioning. The room was generally clean, though there were some stains around, but it felt worth the price at RM 170 per night. Basic furniture was provided, and while the unit accommodates up to seven people, the sofa isn’t large enough to seat everyone. Overall, it’s not the best, but it’s a budget-friendly option.
