I booked through Agoda as I am in a hurry so I wasn't able to browse reviews at all but I did not expected it to be this bad. I paid maybe twice as much as the other hotels would cost so I thought the service would at least be good. I even have to add 10 RM as tax fee for foreigners. First thing I noticed when I came, the receptionist wasn't at all in the mood to do her job. She was sure to make me feel that she better not have anyone so she can rest instead. She gave me two towels that smell a little ( I found this odd, most hotels will have their towels in your room but I was made to carry those along with all my bags and luggages). Now let me list down all the other things that I liked, or disliked for this matter, about this hotel. There is only a small window in my room which for security purposes does not close. The paints in the wall and ceiling are already falling off. The bedside are full of dust and trash as you can see in one of the pictures I have taken. The shower heater does not work. Linens and pillow cases are blue, a good strategy to hide stains and dirt if you are not changing them after every guest. No toiletries provided. All the sockets are too high and too far away from anything you can put your phone to while charging. Toilet is dirty. It really seemed like cleanliness is the last priority of this hotel.
Only good thing about this hotel is that the AC is working
For the money I paid, it is not worth it. It is too expensive for the kind of service they providing. I hope I can give less...

It's a budget hotel, so I didn't have high expectations, but it worse than my expectations.
It's not the issue with facilities or room size/layout. We know it's a budget hotel, so I can accept the lower standard bar. The problems are with maintenance and cleanliness of room.
Air cond is noisy and its remote is hard to operate (Luckily my phone has IR blaster). Window has no curtain (I just hang a towel there). Some water dripping from ceiling to one of our bed (I just move the bed a little bit). Shower hose nozzle leak. (I just replace the O-ring, taken from toilet hose). Toilet mirror is dirty. I don't know when the last time they ever clean it. Room's plastic mugs are really dirty. Blankets is thin and undersize for two persons. Pillows are thin. Not your "standard hotel pillows".
Other than those, this hotel also don't have dedicated parking, so you need to park at public parking space. Need to pay from 8 am to 5 pm weekdays. Please be aware of that or you get yourself a nice ticket from local authority.
Also please note that this hotel's rooms are located on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. So, it may unsuitable for elders or disabled persons.
The only pro I think is the location. It's in the middle of KT Town. So, it's nice to move around KT. But there are a lot of better hotels (some has almost similar price) on this area. So, look for other hotels ....stay here if you have no...
Read moreStayed there twice. We chose this hotel first since we haven't booked anything and couldn't find any better place that offers family rooms. The prices of hotels in KT are ridicoulusly high comparing to quality so Indah was a good choice being relatively cheap. Don't be fooled - the reception is much nicer than the rooms. When we came first, the whole floor was under reconstruction and our room was the only one more or less finished; it wasn't very clean but we couldn't manage, the bathroom was spacious, and quite new and there was a hot water, that flowed simply everywhere hydraulic problems quite typical for budget Malaysian hotels. ||Second time we came back there also without booking, in 3 days and we got the same room. The price was higher (because of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, but the hotel wasn't full). It looked like renovation is still in progress and in our room they just painted the door, resulting in a strong unpleasant smell at first night. ||Pro's - it's really few steps from central bus station. The place isn't very noisy. The staff were helpful and smiling. They let us leave our backpacks there until late evening (we had a night bus to KL). Stable...
