This place have it's fame,"traditional Mexican dishes" and yes, that was true. I have been there many times and it was ok. Not as tasty, not as cheap but "ok". The Last time we went there with my family, it was my mother's birthday, (she is a senior)... The food took a lot of time and it was not a busy day. The food was not as described, the caldo tlalpeño was something else. Not the same traditional ingredients and salty, and the other dishes were not well served, Or cold. The dish that my mother ordered included dessert but they told us they don't have any...but they can give her flan (which they have) AT EXTRA CHARGE...we showed they the MENU to them and they accepted that sometimes they don't give people dessert even though they have written in the Menu . They gave her the flan, "for Free" but charged and extra...

Been coming here for many many year and before my generation and my daughters it was my parents... love the service and the food!!!! They don’t use LARD and many may know I’m allergic to pork... so I can eat anything I want. The prices are super reasonable and it come with soup and dessert (arroz com leche) if u get the meals special. They are open 24/7. If you are going to be visiting this great place for breakfast make sure that you are ready to wait because it is popping!!! The corn tortillas are freshly made there... just by thinking about made me hungry. Our favorite servers are Evelia and Martha and the general manager is so nice and welcoming. Haven’t tried anything that has tasted bad... their aguas frescas are fresh and no artificial flavoring!!!! If you have never ate here now is the time...

I didn't know you could order breakfast at 10pm but once the waiter gave us the option and said it would not be an issue I was sold on having authentic fresh Mexican breakfast at night time. I ordered the "Desayuno Azteca", the plate comes with nopales (cactus) but it was served a few minutes later separately which was no problem at all honestly, im just mentioning why it's not on the plate of the photo. Anyway, this place is amazing. Its open 24 hours. Every single employee is wonderful. Their parking has a security guard who welcomes you and gives you a ticket. He has a booth on the parking lot so that made me feel my car would be safe. They accept debit cards with no additional fees so that was nice not having to worry to pay...
