Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the hostess, who kindly guided me to the dining area. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and in one corner, I could see what appeared to be the chef — or perhaps the pastry chef — at work. I couldn’t tell exactly what they were preparing, but it was clear that someone was cooking with focus and care.
As is our habit, we asked for recommendations. The waitress suggested several dishes, taking her time to explain the menu in detail. In the end, we decided on:
One refill coffee and a fruit juice
Chilaquiles with special castacán and an artichoke biscuit I also noticed they offered a hash brown biscuit — a rather unusual combination — and thought, it must be good if they feature it in a biscuit. Out of curiosity, I ordered a hash brown on the side.
