The place is great is better than expected, location is super safe and near many attractions, the hotel it is clean and looks nice, and prices are awesome, the only thing that I didn't like it is that you can hear many noises from other rooms it seems like they are inside your bathroom or something like that, you may get scare at midnight but definitely they are not there, just the noise and the fact that elevators stop at 6th floor always, one won't go over that floor and the other one will stop even though nobody pushed the botom, don't get scare with the first one just press 6 and doors will open and keep trying because it will eventually get ir o just use stairs the remaining of the way. Another tip will be paying extra 100 mxn to ask for a room with AC because the default option won't have ir, that's why is cheap, so if you need it, you netter ask for it and pay the extra if not don't be complaining about it, now that you know it's your choice, somebody said that was silly, I personally believe is grat because you don't need an AC unit all year so you can save some money in your stay some seasons, I like it.

Does the job. Very noisy. Even with lots of Good Will not more than 2.5 Stars. Normally I stay at the Hilton or Marriott but thanks to lots of conventions they tripled their prices this week. 400 us for a 1980 Hilton in Mexico ? Not gonna happen ! No way. No A/C, no Fridge. Only local TV on a 19' screen. Walkable but still just a hotel when all the nice ones are taken. Staff was friendly. They have a safety box but not fridge. How bizarre. Well for 45 us don't expect much :) Doorbanging guests from the stone age. No noise isolation whatsoever. No remote for TV. Wifi never stable. By the way the next metro would be Hidalgo then just walk over, around 10 minutes. Not suitable with baggage!!! Streets are pretty bad for the wheels on the cabin rollers :)

Very worst hotel in my opinion. No basic amenities in rooms. They missed a Basic amenity to provide drinking water to the guests. We should get the water on our own from outside it seems. If you want more water, then you should pay in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is not a buffet. It is very much limited to 2 or 3 items which we need to choose from the menu. If you want one extra egg, you should pay the amount. No smart TV in the room. Just a local cable connection with the 20 inch TV in the room. There is no TV remote either. The shower is not good in the bathroom. I recommend not to book this hotel unless you don't have any other options. You will get better hotels for the same price in this area.

We were sent to this hotel by our business partner in Mexico as a last resort, as all the other hotels closer to our destination were full already.||Well, there's probably a reason why all the other hotels were full but this one had pleny of vacancy.||||Location: really good for tourism and business. Only 100m away from Reforma Avenue, and 300m away from the Wax and Ripley's museums.||||The building: weird! weird! weird! This is a leaning building. It's impossible to notice from the outside, but once in my hotel room, I noticed something was wrong when all the doors closed by themselves. Having heard all the buzz about the 30 year anniversary of the big earthquake in Mexico, I was nothing short of scared that a new earthquake would finish the job. Well, maybe it's not that bad, but it sure makes your imagination run.||||Price: cheap, prices as low as $45 usd.||||Rooms: we were two people in our room, so we had a double with two double beds. Small uninteresting room, the two beds barely fit. No air condition (I learned later that some rooms do have A/C, but were a little more expensive). The small TV with 15 channels was a joke. Dated security box that still works. Had difficulties sleeping due to the city noise. OK bathroom with hot water. Nowhere to hang your clothes, and nowhere to put the luggage. ||||Food: my room included breakfast. Breakfast menu is very limited, and the food is not good. I decided to have breakfast there after all, as I had already paid for it, but next time I'd rather eat somewhere else... (oh wait, there won't be a next time at this hotel). Coffee is AWFUL.||||Service: lacking.||||Lobby: it seems that the hotel is being renovated, but never saw a single worker there. Scary-looking stairs at the first floor, and other unfished areas. Not a nice look.||||Wi-fi: to my astonishment, it worked well and never failed while I was there.||||Overall: only three good things: stable internet, price...

Perfect location for visiting the major city points of interest. The bellmen and the bartender were nice, however the lady at the front desk looks upset all the time, looked bothered every time I asked a question (no, not a language barrier-I speak Spanish); breakfast is included, it's a good deal, but we would rather go out because of the BAD SERVICE, servers will not acknowledge you and they will have a very bad attitude. Don't expect a refill on your coffee or any follow up after your food is dropped to your table. So why should the severs care? It feels like the hotel management is pinching so many pennies they forgot what hospitality is. We asked for two cups of ice one night, but were told by the bartender he could only spare enough ice for one. You have to re-activate your room card everyday, otherwise you're locked out of your room. You have to pay for A/C and wait for someone to come up to your room and switch it on. You have to pay for a TV remote. Forget about towels..2 days with out it, if you ask for it either you get ignored or get the bad atitude of the front desk telling you they won't have any towels until the next day and you will have nothing to dry yourself, not even your hands .... however they are really attentive if someone visits you-if it's late they'll make sure to let you know you will be charged for the...

You get what you pay for. You will see. The location is very good, just some steps to paseo reforma and you can even walk to Zona Rosa . All right.||All the rest ...forget about it. It caters to locals so do not expect anything.||They can not be picky.||No way ever to find a good night's sleep since there is no soundproofing at all. I mean it.||Stomping on the floors all night. Trampling on floors and nerves. Door-banging and then the cool construction site in front of you. Only 5 yards away from this hotel. Starts at 7.30 am ,never ends, not even saturdays. Wifi does never, never !!!! connect.||They have the capacity for 2 users in a hotel of 200 rooms or whatever.||I soeak spanish,so I don't care about not having any(!) english TV channels on the 15 or 17 inch TV.||Aircondtion ? No, what is that ? , Fridge ? No way . It is cheap but you don't get anything, not even rest. If you are used to hostals you will love it, if you prefer a real hotel pay 20 us more and avoid this place. .BREAKFAST REALLY NOT OKAY. I SKIPPED IT THE SECOND MORNING.||Really not to be recommended.||The staff wAS friendly, the room was clean. All the rest : a big, huge NO NO !!!||They try their best, unfortunately it is not good.||Two stars because...
