Comedor Lucerna — Restaurant in Mexico City

Have never experienced a gourmet market like this. Such an unpleasant evening thanks to the awful service, turns out you have to yelled at your waiter as they can’t take your order unless you guess who every restaurant’s staff is. Everything got worse as we try to get our order taken at the same time we were ignored by the staff. After we asked for the bill and pay it, turns out it was just from two restaurants not from the three we order. Guess as a customer we should have know which ones are together and again chase the correct waiter for our total bill. As everything escalated we talked to the manager to let him know that we got an awful night because of the lack of attention from the waiters, he apologises only for minutes later having people from one of the restaurants chasing us outside of the place asking us to pay the bill that WE ALREADY ASK FOR THREE TIMES BEFORE!!! I have not eaten here because both times I've attempted to it felt like I was being assaulted by the environment and staff. There is not one central menu to look at so every restaurant sends a representative to your table to ask you what you want. What I want is a menu I can look at and maintain my seat. What I want is a tad less noise from all the tvs and music playing. I need the staff to realize that everyone is interacting with the customer at the same time and use some common sense. I hosted a group trip and brought 10 people here for dinner. Our server Grisell was super accommodating and helped us navigate the menus, ordering, and seating. We had stopped by a few days earlier to scope it out and let them know we were coming, and even though we arrived early, they had no problem seating us. It's a good location and was near where we had just come from and where we were staying, so I will likely return next time. The drinks are quite amazing and definitely unique.
