My personal experience staying at the hotel for four nights: The hotel has a perfect location to reach all of the touristic sites quickly, every day we could see many sites, we could eat, we did not have to be in a rush. The hotel has a great view especially if you get a room on floor 24, the advantage is the view, but the disadvantage is the noise, the city is very loud and the windows really isolate close to nothing of the city noise. Even in night it felt like the washing machine is on but that is not a surprise compared at the size of the city. Something for something I guess. From the 24th floor tou can see all the city in its glory , especially sunday when there is no traffic and no pollution.

The service was great, we felt respected. Rooms were clean, we had a small fridge that appareantly you can only open if you want to take out a beverages that you will happily pay. They cleaned every single day, the room was very nice.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend some days and discover the beautiful and rich in history city of...

Well we've stayed at the hotel several times especially in the Fiesta Club rooms |This time we checked in|Check in was good|Then we get to our suite |Nice room|But 1 thing they never cleaned out the food left by the other guest|Or clean up their empty drinks that were also left in the fridge|Upon calling front desk|A gentleman showed up to take the food|And left saying sorry|Things happen but looking further I cleaned out the empty drink containers|And still no one from management has returned a call or furthered any comprise.|I'm shocked at such a great hotel can have no regard for a guest still in the hotel Room 2336 check your reservations |I'm sorry it's not what was done it's what else did they miss |Including customer service|In our next trip to mexico city we will look at other name brands that appreciate |Their loyal clients|Again great hotel but from what I see is no management. Maybe I'm wrong but 5 hrs later nothing|Again very nice chain they just need to know their brand isn't living up to its reputation |I'm...

Located on Reforma I spent 4 nights on the 5th floor. My room faced the street which meant it was very noisy! Car horns, people walking, taxi, protests...all from the large roundabout.🤣 The room was large with a King size bed, it was clean an had the basics, iron, hair dryer, safe n lots of closet space..but NO mini fridge I was surprised 😦. Never been to a hotel without one😀 It had a coffee maker. I hardly saw anyone except in the lobby. The room could use some updating, new carpet an a brighter color paint. They serve breakfast for $20 us! lol...I would never 😂there restaurants nearby if you are willing to walk. The hotel has a sports bar but not much else to do at night. It rained while I was there so I couldnt go out. Watched TV😀 they have a cambio in the lobby. The staff was friendly n helpful an spoke basic English. Carlos in the lobby so nice. Would I stay again. Yes but no time soon...there are so many other options in Reforma🙂

Stayed at this hotel with my parents when we were on vacation in Mexico City several years ago before COVID. Our room was fantastic with a great view of the city below. The location was also great as it was within good walking distance of many shops and eateries. While room service was ok, the people at the front desk not so much. We had a situation/confusion with meeting with our Amigo Tours group guide which was at a different hotel. The front desk people allowed us to use their phone since our cellphones couldn’t work overseas. The attitude of the employees up front during our ordeal was not the best seeming apathetic at worst. To make a long story short, the situation was resolved and we were able to meet with our tour group at the other hotel the second day. The rest of our time in Mexico City after that was much better and we were able to enjoy both our tour and the accommodations.
