Dr. Pizza has always been my go to favorite place especially when in colonia Juares in CDMX. I love the food and usually, the service! However, last nite I went there to order something to go and encountered a very bad service issue with the waiter, JORGE. I gave him my order, he provided the check and I gave him my credit card to. He asked if I wanted to give a tip but since it was a to go order I declined. He handled the transaction and I asked for the receipt but he ignored me. After some time, I asked another waiter for my receipt and he gave it. I found that JORGE, the waiter, gave himself a tip with my credit card. That was a very bad thing to do! JORGE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR DOING THAT! So customers, watch out and make sure to look at your receipts because you never know if the waiting staff adds an extra tip for themselves with your credit card. To Dr. Pizza management: If you hire dishonest service staff like JORGE then your reputation...

After visiting a handful of times, our last visit to Dr. Pizza was a bit of a letdown. The pizza we ordered (Dr. Luigi), although it looked delicious, was average and not really worth it. It seemed that the quality has degraded over time, as I remember Dr. Pizza being one of the better pizza restaurants in the city.

For our drink order, I requested mineral water but was told they only had a house brand. Even though I saw Peñafiel being served, for some reason, they couldn’t serve me Peñafiel and only their house brand, which tasted terrible. It was flat, and after informing the server, nothing was done about it, which was disappointing. The server throughout our visit wasn’t very enthusiastic and seemed like she didn’t want to be there, which made our experience a bit...

Margarita pie, italian strawberry lime soda and Maracuya soda very refreshing 8.9 and not to sweet no after taste, the pie itself sauce was very delicate and sweet (thats what you want sometimes it can be sour thats what you don't want) cheese did not stand out made in house but needs flavor, bread/crust amazing crunch and softness in the middle, flop was not there, overall fir me it's a 7.4 napoleon style pizza not my pref kind of pizza but tasty, also had a coliflower in the oven with some cheese and herbs olive oil 6.7 in a skillet kinda stingy with the cheese 🧀 for the price overall grade based on taste ambiance and cost I would say 5.7 in my humble opinion not...

I only came here because the original pizza place I wanted to go to is closed on Mondays but it was a blessing in disguise. The food and drinks were great. I highly recommend the fresh soda of the day. I ordered what I thought was a simple oven roasted cauliflower, Caesar salad and prosciutto pizza but there was nothing simple about it. Everything I ordered was delicious and freshly made. The atmosphere was good although the bathroom lights were oddly very dim on purpose but not a big deal. Good music and wait staff was attentive.

Ok this is my second time ..... it is even more amazing ! Aris meets you at the door with a big smile and says " sit where you like " I like to sit and watch the movies. They are vintage and ridiculous and I wish they were playing in Boston. The ricotta dip comes with Giant popovers to scoop it up The same with the fresh buratta !! I got a 4 cheese pizza with pepperoni and speechless. The crust is as cooked so crispy and the Smokey cheese I don't know which one but so light and good This is a treasure
