Great location but the service and room was terrible. First of all the room was very cramped and have no a/c. Ventilation is thru a window. Unfortunately our room was facing the courtyard and people were smoking heavily, suffocating us in our room. We went to the front desk to ask the girl what options we have and the girl said they're all booked up and she has to contact the GM. GM said if there's no room then we can't be moved, however since we checked in they will charge us the first night. We said fine we will just check out and go elsewhere because we can't sleep on a hot smoke filled room.

The front desk girl told us to check in with the GM the following day to process our refund for the room. However the next day the GM changed his tuned and said it was our fault that we did not want to work it out with them and choose to leave. So his position is to not refund us anything and charge us the total reservation. We're taken aback by this ill bait and switch method they used on us. How are you going to tell us there are no more rooms sorry, we will refund the remainder and then the next day say oh no, you don't deserve any refund.

Terrible terrible, ill managed property. I've worked in hotels for over ten years in management and we never do such things to our guests. We strive to deliver the utmost quality to them at all times. I hope this helps others who consider this property, be sure you're OK with the room size, ventilation and anything else before you commit. They will refuse to work it...

Excellent, affordable and very clean hotel, with staff very attentive to your needs. My first room was a bit noisy, so the staff offered to show me four different rooms to choose from the day after. The rooms are of good size and pillows/bed comfortable, however it can get very hot as the ventilation is not fantastic and there are no fans/AC. The bathrooms have an odor to them due to the drainage system from the shower so be sure to cover them up again with the included plastic disc after showering. I would recommend not staying in a room facing the street as it can get loud. I think staying in a lower level floor may help with the heat. I would stay here again as the location is central. The area is very safe during the day but vagrants may appear at night especially around...

As some other people left bad reviews the room at the hotel was significantly different from the photos posted on their website, being very small, and the bathroom had a constant strange smell. There was not a single friendly staff member during my stay. In addition, there was always some kind of noise, making the hotel very noisy. Wifi was stupidly slow you can’t work in here if you’re remote worker. The receptionist was playing some video at a high volume in the middle of the night. In the morning, I was often awakened by staff talking loudly in the hallway in front of my room. I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel before, so I was surprised and very disappointed, but it was a learning experience. I will never stay hotel like this...
