My partner and I stayed at Hotel Boutique Na’ura for six nights and had a wonderful experience! This centrally located hotel is a gem, offering both comfort and convenience. The hotel is immaculately clean from top to bottom, and our room had everything we needed—a very comfortable bed and pillows, great AC, excellent storage and a window with view of the street and nearby building. Our friend’s rooms didn’t have windows.
We loved starting our mornings at the coffee shop attached to the lobby, which served some of the best coffee we had during our stay. The front desk staff were courteous, efficient, and multilingual, always ready to assist with a smile. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed unwinding by the small pool in the quiet courtyard.
The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Zocalo, fantastic restaurants, shops, food carts, bakeries, and cafes. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby street murals, museums, and local mercados. The Monte Alban ruins are also a 20-30 minute drive. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean at all hours, making it easy to enjoy the city without worry.
Overall, Hotel Boutique Na’ura exceeded our expectations. With its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent amenities, we’d absolutely stay here again on our next...
Read moreHello , I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The receptionist was really nice, professional and helpful . The service was really good . The gentleman took our luggage to the second floor into our rooms . It was my first time staying here . I give it a 5 star because there was no disappointments at all . The rooms were very clean and so were the beds . That’s one of the first things I look at it’s sheets . Everything clean . The receptionist was helpful because I asked about a taxi. She said they have arrangements with taxis that can transport us . The taxi took me from hotel to the airport next morning. This was a huge help all the stress I avoided by trying to look for a taxi for my self . There is a set price . Around holidays price might be more expensive but you save a hassle on trying to look for a trust worthy taxi . The hotel it’s located near the Zocalo center . You can walk there . If you don’t want to hear noise I don’t recommend to stay near any hotel around el Zocalo usually there’s event going on . If you don’t mind you saved your self from getting a taxi to get to the down town of the city . You can just enjoy all the beauty...
Read moreMy room was beautiful, and the hotel is just lovely. The food for breakfast was great- I had a lot of fruit and yogurt. It is near all of the main attractions in downtown Oaxaca, and I would happily stay again. The only thing is, is that due to COVID my flight to Oaxaca from Cancun was cancelled at the very last minute(I was at the gate) and when I called to let them know I spoke to a lady manager and she refused to refund me for the night that I was not able to be there, which I thought was incredibly unfair because it was out of my power(I wound up in Mexico City on a layover which was awful). I even supplied documents to prove that my flight was cancelled. ||If this had not happened I would have rated the hotel “excellent”- service is very helpful for the most part but the refusal to even consider not charging me for an evening that I did not use was not cool. ||That being said, I would still stay here in the future, but the next time I’m in Oaxaca I’ll probably...
