Casa Elda — Hotel in Quintana Roo

This might have been one of the best Hotels we have stayed in. Not just in Mexiko, but ever! The details that lift this place above the average are to many to be recounted here, but let me give you a best of:

The beds are humongous and very comfortable. The TV set might be the largest i have ever seen in a hotel room. All important streaming services are provided. The cosmetics in the bathroom are of excellent quality and everything is provided even down to bio degradable mosquitoe repellent. Besides some welcome drinks in the fridge, you are steadily supplied with coffee and tea (to cook yourself) and drinking water. Our kitchen came with everything you need to cook inside your apartment. Otherwise you can go a few steps outside and use the shared kitchen, which is excellent equipped (the fife flame gas stove was quite impressive). The rooms as well as the property is furnished with the greatest care. Real wood, macrame, hammocks and scenic light everywhere you look. Bicycles can be rented right at the hotel. One per party is even free. There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop.

However, the best about Casa Elda are the people. Bryan and his team we're always up for a chat or ready to give some great advice. We felt so welcome and comfortable all the time. RThey helped with every little thing as if there was nothing more important and really went the extra mile for theyr guests. Hardly have we ever left a hotel with such a heavy heart. It was almost like parting with friends.

I stayed at Casa Elda while visiting Tulum and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the pool, which is equipped with lights, providing a serene environment to relax and rest your eyes. Access to the property and rooms is secured with passcodes, which I found very convenient.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of my stay. However, there's a slight downside: the noise from dogs and people on the street can be a bit disturbing at times. Despite this, I would definitely consider renting Casa Elda again.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay! Walking distance from the center, and close by to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with AC, mosquito net, toiletries and streaming service.

The garden with the pool is lovely, great place to handy out. There’s also a big rooftop with a grill. There was a jacuzzi but it was empty during our stay.

The price/value ratio is incredible for the location and service you get, compared to what other accommodations are charging.

Nothing to do with the place itself, but we found the streets sorrounding quite dark during the night, I recommend renting a bike or scooter and use the Main Street...
