It felt as if all our stress melted away under their skilled hands.

We booked for a couple massage at Cacao. The massage was disappointing, the pressure felt light in spite of requesting. All my focus areas weren’t covered either. Also, the cushion to rest on had a strong fragrance. Clarifying on your review: Canceling reservation: yes I informed the person that I would like to move my reservation. I was able to move only because there were spots available. Regarding deposit, I mentioned I will take my chance and walk-in. However, I do appreciate prompt response while reserving and accommodating us. Regarding Pressure: It wasn’t mentioned prior on the massage day that the pressure will be medium. In fact the pressure was not even medium, it was light and not effective. Concerned areas: Masseuse did not check with either of us in the beginning about this. The massage eventually ended up missing on few other body parts and didn’t include 5 mins extra. I hope you consider this review as a constructive criticism.
