We stumbled upon a cozy spot serving up golden pockets of joy, and although most of the meat options had pork, we happily dove into their vegetarian selections. And let me tell you, they were muy rico! We tried the Spinach & Cheese and Portobello & Cheese empanadas—each one a warm, flaky hug filled with savory goodness. amazing food. I was wondering what took so long to get to empanadas the first visit, but when I got them there was absolutely no questions anymore. They were baked fresh and were the most irresistible empanadas I have had in a while. I had planned to save both of them for breakfast and only one made it. Originally, try the chicken/mushroom and ham and cheese. Ham and cheese was by far my favorite, but the other one was still great.
