Tulum's best kept secret + amazing hospitality. I woke up to the view of a jungle, coffee in hand and an air-conditioned room. Pure paradise.
I visited in May 2025, just a few months after it opened in January 2025. It feels like I won the lottery because this beautiful hotel is under $100 USD per night.
There are two pools: one for family and one for adults which attaches to a bar. It's open until 9 PM and there's seating both in the pool and on the side. You can drink in it. It's amazing. And it's not packed with people either, which is good but I feel like once people discover that this place exists it will be flooded with tourist because it's so nice.
The staff greets you and is extremely helpful with any questions that you have. They even give you their WhatsApp number that you can text throughout your stay if you have questions.
Wi-fi is very fast!
They'll also help you book a taxi if you want to go anywhere, but make sure you ask prices first because taxis in this city can be expensive.
I took a taxi to the beach and it was $30 USD from the hotel. The walk is too far (and the sidewalks at the beach are scattered, so sometimes you walk on the street). A taxi is the safest ... even though it's expensive. I hear you can bike too but I didn't look into that.
Some rooms have hot tubs. I wish I got one of those but mine was still amazing.
My room had two bottles of water for free, some coffee, an ice container, lots of outlets, shampoo/conditioner mix, soap and lotion. I suggest you bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you're picky about that.
It's sooooo clean and new. This may be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. They take really good care of it.
This place is perfect and I suggest it to everybody....
Read moreOverall clean and new staff was friendly price was affordable food was over priced and nothing out of the ordinary. Pool has rough perimeter not kid friendly. Updating review Cons: location: parking was very hard to get in and out of the garage is very narrow so you have to be really careful coming in and out of the garage. Uber drivers for uber eats have a hard time finding the hotel. Food: I asked for a medium rare steak and got a rare steak I got food poisoning from eating it. One of my vacation days was ruined because of it. Drink: I ordered two different alcoholic beverages and they tasted virgin. Not worth the price at all. Hotel: ac was terrible I was very hot in my room if you like a cool room after a hot day of travel bring a fan. Also cleaning staff turns off completely the ac when your away so you come back to a hot room. The shower water is cold and doesn’t get hot so if you like a warm shower that is out of the question. Staff: luggage gentleman very nice and helpful. Front desk checkout was terrible personal took long and very hard to understand. Construction: lots of construction so lots of noise 8 am the hammering begins it really ruined our mornings and woke my baby several times. Pillows: very large pillows not suitable for sleeping on.
Pros: Empty hotel no one is there so you basically have it to yourself which is nice. Smell around the hotel is very pleasant.
For the price of your just sleeping there it’s worth it but if you plan on staying in and relaxing that’s not...

We show a fake video showing all of Tulum out of electricity however the neighboring resort had plenty. Ias offered a hotel swap at my expanse or a room change that also had no electricity. Was offered $12.50 each for the following breakfast that I would t need to anyone. Then after left and complained the manager reached out of offer 2 free nights at the same resort. When the roof leaked my my head it caused the chair to collapse causing some painful injuries. Never asked if I was ok or needed medical help. Had to located my own flash light and ice bucket to struggle down the 9 flights of stairs to get someone to fill an ice bucket. The story we were smtold us Wyndam goes not have generators and the entire town was without electricity which was proven wrong by another guest that drove into Tulum police station and was told that the video was a fake and that all of Tulum has electricity except of Wyndam. I'm demanding my money and flight refunds and was only offered 2 free nights at the same Wyndam. If not resolved quickly there will be more...
