AtlasAdventured recommends eating here! We had a great experience dining here and all of our food was amazing. Our server, Carlos, was very friendly and helped us navigate the menu options while also giving us recommendations and house specialties. After living in Spain about a year ago and falling in love with patatas bravas, we were excited to see the Mexican version on the menu, papas bravas, so we had to order them. They were fantastic. We weren't too hungry but Carlos talked us into the Siete Fuegos platter and suggested we take it home if we can't finish it. That was a great recommendation. Everything from the salad to the mashed potatoes to the grilled meats all had great flavor and we ended up finishing the whole thing. For our drinks, we got the mango margaritas. They were really good. Overall everything was fresh, tasty and worth trying. It was a very hot day (ask usual in Tulum) so the flies were out in full force but that's the norm for most places. Try to sit by the fans if you can.

If you want to be ripped off this is the place to go! $20 for 3 tacos, $20 for a salad, $20 for a cocktail and $120 for a mixed grill that can barely feed 3 people. Serves me right for picking a place on the high street, the chicken and pork were good and cooked well, most of the other meat was overcooked and dry, sausages and the pork belly (assuming that's what it was supposed to be) was nothing but black burnt fat. Comes with some raw undercooked peppers and onions, didn't even bring grilled pineapple with the meal. Service was nothing special as is expected in Tulum and when it came time to pay the bill I told the server that I only wanted to give a 10% tip. He scoffed at me telling me that they all split the tips, and I told him to take it or leave it. He hesitantly agreed and let me pay, in hindsight I should have left 0. Don't waste your money here, there are much better options in Tulum for less of your hard earned $$.

A quick and flavorful meal at 7 fuegos I recently had the opportunity to dine at 7 fuegos, and I was very impressed with the food and service. I ordered the pork and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, and the flavor was amazing. The pork was cooked on a spit, which gave it a nice smoky flavor. I would definitely recommend this dish to anyone looking for a quick and flavorful meal. In addition to the great food, the service at was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very inviting. I would definitely recommend 7 fuegos to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

To give this place one star is generous... to call this street food is an insult to street food....because those little street vendors take pride in their food and it shows ... this severely over salted cheapest cuts of meat , 7 seven meat platter is a joke .. first of its not 1 kilo thats for sure, 2 of the meats of the 7 is cheap sausages industrial one is bright red and am not sure if it contains any meat at all ....the second sausages didn't taste like meat am not sure what that was either, the cuts of beef were terrible, the pork didnt taste like Pork , overall the meat didn't taste right it was strange , the salad was stale and off , the mash was tiny serving , street food tastes so much better then this... also it was 1400 pesos for this sub par street food... i ordered this take away and while waiting I went trough the reviews and thought oh god what have I done.... and thought I should just walk out ...knowing me it would lead to conflict and i dont want to hurt these people and also when I was deciding what my course of action was ...there was a song that came on playing in the ' restaurant ' john Lennon ( let it be ) let it be let it be speak the words of wisdom let be ) , thats divine intervention for sure i know when to listen and walk away or everyone involved in that restaurant was about to have a terrible time ..... speak the words of wisdom for the love of god do not go to this place... it is by far the worst restaurant food place street food anything in tulum and possibly the most expensive... go to ' las bbq ' they are 10 out of 10 so good. They were shut so I come here ..... if anyone from the establishment that responds to this comment ...I suggest you stay quite and say nothing , you know what you do what you are and there is no excuse for it or any words to smooth this over those sausages alone speak for your practice honestly how can you serve that ? to call this a tourist trap is an...

Beware of dining in this place it is not worth it!!!! Not only is this place overpriced but there is absolutely no transparency in their prices, in addition the food is not great! Normally a decent meal in either a 5 star resort or restaurant (in the hotel zone) with appetizers, drinks, and dessert can range up to $100 between 2 people; in this place it came out to $210, there was no buffet as initially advertised by the server (only a guacamole that they bring to your table) and the meat does not come to your table with the frequency that it should. On top of that the meal comes with the tip included but they do not tell you that, instead they come to the table with the server and ask you if you want to tip them; the same goes for the entertainment, they come to your table and ask you to give them money. I’ve been to Tulum several times and this is the first time I felt ripped off and I think its a shame because it is counterintuitive to the culture of the area. They are literally positioned to target tourism negatively and you are better off going elsewhere. $200 usd should last you a week or 2 in Tulum depending on how modest you are,...

We have two experiences with this place. One was quite lovely, unfortunatelly the other one supresses it. First night we were in Tulum we stumbled upon this place, ordered a nice steak and beers. The waiter was nice, attentive and funny. At the end we decided to give him a tip of our own choice and everyone was happy. The other night we decided to come back. Our waiter (different one) was inattentive, came to our table after 20 minutes to ask if we are ready to order, but he did not give us a menu yet. After another 15 minutes of studying the menu, we order one steak and one burger, both much lower quality than the nigt before. We asked for a drink menu, but there is none. We ordered local drinks - margarita and mezcal. The biggest suprprise was the check. One small (200ml) glass of mezcal with ice and cucumber cost 400MXN, the server did not ask us how we liked the whole dinner and just automatically added 15% tip for himself. I am usually a generous tipper, but this was just so over the line, no effort to reward and an...
