Sunset Tulum — Hotel in Tulum

We came from downtown Tulum to stay by the beach for a couple of nights. We were greeted by the concierges parter, Ivo who was a spectacular host, he carried our bags to the room and helped us with any Information and local tips. Although the rooms probably could do with a little extra TLC in certain areas the space was clean, right next to the beach and offers excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace which was a very nice touch with beautiful views. Ivo and Dante are what made our trip to sunset house exceptional, they went out of their way to help us which we really appreciate. For the service of the hotel and the downstairs restaurant I would rate 10000/10 these places are immaculately managed. If you can afford to stay by the beach in Tulum I would recommend definitely recommend Sunset. Friendly, honest,...

First time staying here, further down the strip on the quieter end. Set back from the road. No sign from the street so you need to know where you are going. it's located where you see the LOCO TULUM restaurant. Very large rooms, large bed and bathroom, and small rooftop dipping pool. On the Jungle side, the rooftop has a beautiful view of greenery for miles. doesn't feel like you are at the beach anymore. Jungle vibes. Attentive staff, Ac only in the evenings but ceiling fan helped. Clean room, lots of outlets, easy walk to beach. Only downfall is we didn't get clean towels on the second day and I'm not sure if that was an eco friendly thing, or if we were supposed to request them... But not a...
