Came to the place based off the high ratings, the prices were a bit high but I thought I would try it given the high ratings and the aesthetic, went to sit down outside and before I could even sit down we were being targeted by beggars, who came in droves as if it was a hotspot for them, the seats were all chained together tightly despite all being occupied, which resulted in an awkward game of tug of war between everyone trying to eat at a table, this would’ve all been forgiven considering it was Eid day, but then the food came. I ordered A smash burger meal with cheesy chips, a side of Gouda balls and some chicken strips, I had to send back the cheesy chips due to a lack of cheese, the Gouda balls were still frozen and had to swap them for mozzarella sticks, the strips were horrible, as if the chicken they used was literally paper thin, & fried to a crisp, I literally could not tell they were chicken strips when they arrived, the burger was decent nowhere near worth the price and the patty was dry and discoloured. The staff where responsive and helpful but they seemed more busy socialising with each other rather than making sure everything was going ok for their customers, again given it was Eid I don’t blame them for not wanting to be there, but if I’m paying 100dh for a burger it’s not something I want to see. If the prices were cheaper I wouldn’t mind, but when the food came I literally wanted to show everyone else...

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place. We came as a family looking forward to a nice meal, but what we encountered was far from enjoyable. First, we were told to place our order before going upstairs to the seating area. Once upstairs, however, we realized the space was unbearably hot and humid since it was directly above the kitchen with no ventilation. It was stifling, and within minutes, my kids started coughing due to the poor air quality.

We came downstairs to request a temperature adjustment, and they assured us they’d lower the AC, but it made no real difference. The seating area was still too uncomfortable to even think about eating. We then asked them to cancel the order, as there was nowhere suitable to sit inside, and eating outside was impossible due to rain.

Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they suggested we sit right next to the kitchen where customers were ordering, in front of the staff. When we expressed our frustration, the lady at the reception spoke to her manager, who clearly didn’t care and refused to make any accommodations.

It was honestly the worst service experience we’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly...

Above average burger! The double cheeseburger tastes great the bun is soft and tasty almost like a martin’s potato roll. I’m taking half a point for only putting 2 pickles in the whole burger. 4.5/5 The spicy chicken on the other hand is hardly spicy and there is nothing special about it. Mediocre. 1.5/5 Now, the elephant in the room are the sizes and price. Waay too overpriced for a burger of this size. 105 dh for the chicken menu (craazy) and 100dh for the double cheese (understandable somehow). The fries are almost like mcdonalds but soggy.
