Last time I visited this place we came for lunch with a great view. We asked the front desk if we could use their pool while still buying things from their restaurant and they said yes. My brother in law and I got in the pool and were having a nice time with the staff and other guests. As soon as my wife came out changed in a swimsuit (modest swimsuit specifically bought for an Islamic country) the manager came out and started yelling at us to get out. We were a bit confused as to why. He started pointing at my wife and yelling at her. We said we asked ahead of time if we could be there, all of the staff that was serving us all of a sudden had no idea who we were. We said fine we will pay and go, we were going to pay by card which had no issue doing earlier. The manager barricaded the door of the hotel with a wood beam and refused to let us out until we paid cash. We didn’t have enough cash and tried telling the manager. He kept yelling that we were lying and ended up showing my brother in law. We asked to get the police finally they were fine letting...

The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town. It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains. The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages.Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season. Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it.The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals). It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you. I don’t think it was a fair price for what they...

This hotel was terrible. I fail to understand how they qualify for a 4 star rating. The rooms are very old and outdated, with no recent improvements. Location was great, the only positive I could find. The staff at reception are sullen, sad, and it seemed a major effort for them to even get off their seats. The waiting staff in the Dining room were too busy making themselves cups of Mint tea and standing near the door to the kitchen chatting with their tea. Extremely unprofessional!! I picked up a dinner plate from the stack to find a squashed silverfish on the plate underneath. So there’s obviously NO quality control. I put the plate on the food table for them to see, and it still hadn’t been moved when I left the Dining room after my meal. We repeatedly had to ask for plates, cutlery, cups, teaspoons, drinks, Hot water, they were never keeping an eye on what was needing to be replaced. The cleaning staff were most polite, and they all smiled and spoke. Reception and wait staff need some training on...

Came here to swim in the pool and ate a couple of meals here. The pool cost 100dh for a day if you aren’t a hotel guest. It’s a decent pool with spectacular views. The views made it an enjoyable day, the hotel pool worker not so much. The first meal I had here was better than the second. Prices are on the higher side and not necessarily better than other options in the area.

We just stayed here during a group tour of Morocco and I would highly advise staying somewhere else. As of yesterday the pool is drained, the rooms are dirty, and the breakfast buffet is a mess. The location is near the main square and the showers are at least somewhat spacious but besides that I’m sorry to say that there are hardly any highlights for this hotel.

The room is really too small, completely does not belong to the standard of 4-star hotel, and part of the hotel room is still under decoration, noise is very big, and very serious formaldehyde taste, affect sleep. The reception desk is so bad at service that it doesn't respond to us because us are not from here. The hotel pool has also been closed for use.
