After arriving in Chefchaouen, I was really excited to try one of their famous avocado and fruit milkshakes. This was the first place we went. There were some in the display counter, but he took one from behind the counter and said this one was “more fresh”. To be fair, it did look somewhat more fresh. From 2 hours after eating it, and for the next 10 hours, I had awful abdominal pain and projectile vomiting and couldn’t eat for the rest of the day. That night the diarrhea began and continued in to the next day. I would not recommend. AVOID!
