Riad Soultana رياض سلطانة — Hotel in Fez

We took a whole university group to Morocco and one of the favorite highlights among the whole trip was Soultana. There is too much to write to describe how our incredible hosts Ahmed and Fatima went above and beyond . Ahmed was always answering all my questions before my arrival and kept in touch when I was traveling. When I had trouble getting a taxi, Ahmed came himself to pick me up from the station and came with me a few hours later to meet our large group when they arrived by bus. He was very kind and welcoming with the students. Even part of the group staying in another Riad enjoyed his generous hospitality. The owner, Omar, was delightful and made everyone feel welcome. We loved the rooms here and one room of the Riad dedicated to soultanas, incredible queens, is dedicated to his daughter. The team here worked very hard to take care of us. Even when it was late, I could ask for something in the kitchen and although the food in Fes is absolutely amazing, it could not top what Fatima made for me. I cannot say enough about this amazing gem of a Hotel. The atmosphere and welcoming, happy, competent staff really says so much upon arrival. We loved the service, the music, the art, food and cultural experience We had and amazing experience. %100 recommended. The Hotel is VERY nice and comfortable. 5 minutes waking from the principal gate. (Blue Gate). Has 3 different terraces with amazing views where you can eat, relax and hangout. The food is very good and the rooms even better. Big and cozy beds, air conditioner, private and big bathrooms and a place to meditate. The best of this hotel is ZAKARIA. He works there and was the most incredibly and unique person I’ve ever known in Marruecos. I thank him very much for his support. Attending every detail and request from us. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the incredible hospitality of Ilyass. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and at ease. He was attentive, warm, and always available to assist with recommendations, directions, or anything else I needed. His genuine care for guests made the entire experience so much more personal and enjoyable.
