Plain and simple - what you see in the pictures is not what you get. The property feels like it has been recently converted from someone's home which still needs a lot of work and who does not have much idea of how to run it. When we stayed, there was construction going on in 2 of the 3 rooms on our floor. The pictures on the website are exaggerated - what they call pool is something that only a person can fit in. The location is unsafe - in one corner of a small old city street, where there are a couple of shady looking people are always sitting manning some parking spots. The room had many dysfunctional things, from broken door hinges to broken flush, to water leaking out of shower as they did not have a shower curtain and the glass is super small. There is a coffee maker but no coffee or water in the room. The bread in the breakfast was cold and dry. We had to get breakfast out every morning as we couldn't eat it. The front desk staff's unfriendly attitude did not help either. We stayed 16 nights in hotels in our trip to Morocco and Europe, and this was clearly the worst...

This is a bit of a late review as my family & I stayed here in April. Our room was lovely, very clean & spacious. It has a big tv with Netflix! The actual decor is gorgeous! Upstairs there is a roof top jacuzzi with great views. |Prior to our arrival I sent 3 emails but none were replied to. This was rather annoying & I felt it was quite poor customer service. Breakfast was actually very good. Lovely home made pastries included gluten free ones for myself.|This Riad is small & in my opinion it lacked any atmosphere. I didn’t find the staff to be very friendly either….but this could’ve been due to a language barrier. For the price we paid I was pretty satisfied but definitely...

Friendly staff, breakfast and water was served upon arrival with a friendly welcome from reception. Our cases were taken to our room and we were shown round by receptionist, the riad was supervised at all times of the day and night with different staff doing night and day time shifts, great location a very close walk to the square, as a group of 3 young women we felt very safe and secure at this riad and we would definitely stay here again. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels and bed linen were provided, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. We loved our stay at this riad and would...

This hotel is conveniently located in 5 minutes’ walk from the central square yet is quiet and away from the main road. The ambiance is very traditional Moroccan, room is bright and clean, but some facilities need to be better maintained (water dripping from behind the sink). Service is excellent, we thank the two gentlemen who man the reception, and Badiaa who cooked breakfast. Breakfast is good and we got to try different Moroccan breads and pancakes during our 4 nights’ stay. Overall a very pleasant experience.
