Just back from a long weekend, 9 of us celebrating my Daughters Hen do in this amazing Riad . |Communication with Amelie was excellent from start to finish none like I have ever experienced before, she was kind and attentive to our needs . |Transport to and from the airport was arranged for us . |The Riad itself is beautifully decorated with 5 bedrooms all with en suite's , a pool area and a large roof terrace, all which was spotlessly clean . We opted to have the breakfast option which was prepared fresh .We also ate dinner in the Riad on two of the evenings which we had served to us traditional cuisine, made and served by two lovely ladies . During the day we had use of the kitchen and also the large fridge so we could store cold drinks etc. |Amelie was kind enough to arrange entertainment for the Saturday evening ( at an extra cost ) this included 5 musicians singing and playing traditional instruments it was truly amazing , and the sounds echoing around the Riad made this an extremely memorable occasion. |There are so many positives to say about this wonderful place . Amelle and her 3 ladies chefs make you feel really welcome! The riad is an exceptionally gem, beautiful features, spacious rooms. We were a group of 5 couples. The rooftop is excellent for morning Yoga Pilates exercises or quiet reading! The small pool is perfect to relax and do few aqua gym exercises after a hot walking day in the Souks. Pool ambiance with cocktails was very much enjoyed through our stay ! Whilst the food is excellent it would be really nice to have more varieties for the breakfast when staying more than 3 days. Seasoned Cooked vegetables would have been a great addition to the dinner tajine evening we had and be able to experience more a variety of typical morrocan dishes. Amelle is a great host and she makes sure you are well informed about local tourism -the riad is well placed for visiting by foot the Medina. Amelle was consistently in communication with us when we needed something - she looks after transport taxi from/to airport. I would definitely repeat a stay with family or friends in this Riad! I cannot say enough good things about Amelle and her beautiful riad. From the moment we booked, she was friendly and responsive and helped to arrange airport transportation, dinner, breakfast and many other activities. When we arrived, she met us at the van and took us to the apartment. The home was absolutely beautiful, exactly as pictured and perfect for our two families traveling together with kids aged 9-12. The bedrooms were huge with private bathrooms and comfortable linens and mattresses. The plunge pool in the center of the courtyard was great for cooling off in the afternoon. We have two lovely women who cleaned our apartment daily, cooked for us and tidied everything. It was such a wonderful way to start our adventure in Morocco. The location was just a short walk to many shops, cafes, restaurants and the main souk. We loved our riad and would recommend to anyone traveling with a large group!
