Maison dar saada — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

Maison Dar Saada is beyond 5 stars in our minds. We are a family of 4 adults from Canada. We were reluctant to stay in a riad because we weren’t sure of the quality. But boy were we pleasantly surprised!

This riad is designed impeccably! The contrasts between light and dark and the warmth of the plants and natural fibres gives such a sense of sanctuary and harmony.

There are a myriad of places to sit and relax, dip your feet in the pool, eat on the rooftop terrace. Their food is absolutely outstanding and their service is 10/10.

Hamid met us at the gas station (because vehicles are not allowed in Jamaa El F’Na after 1pm), and walked us to the riad, which is just off Cafe France. Imagine that within 1 minute of walking, you are literally IN jamaa el f’na. But you don’t hear any of the noises inside the riad. All you hear is the sweet chirping of the Moroccan birds and the beautiful call to prayer.

Our room was also an amazing surprise. We booked a “quadruple room” with 4 twin beds. We assumed one bathroom. But no! They put 2 twin beds together for my husband and I and we had our own full bathroom. Our boys had 2 separate twin beds and their own full bathroom, separated by doors.

Location, price, quality, service, value, experience - Maison Dar Saada is worth every penny. If you are considering whether to stay in a riad, choose Maison Dar Saada and you will not regret it.

I had tummy troubles 2 days before we left and all the staff were so kind, asking after me and bringing me food to the room. Suleman gave my husband some ginger powder and hot water and guess what? Tummy troubles gone and I had a great sleep!

Maison Dar Saada is truly a peace of magic to behold in the center of Marrakech. The riad is beautiful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Furthermore, the location is exceptional and makes for a great location from which to explore the city. However, what truly made our experience was the service. Hamid went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from the warm welcome with Moroccan tea, helping us to arrange airport transfer services, and walking us through the Medina several times to meet the cab he arranged on our behalf. Our entire experience was seamless and stellar and lovely touches were sprinkled throughout our stay, including the loveliest of breakfasts. We cannot thank Hamid enough for his kindness and hospitality. We truly felt at home and like family. My husband and I could not have been happier with choosing Maison Dar Saada and cannot wait to return! If we could give a ten star...

Staying at Maison da Saada was an unforgettable experience and the perfect introduction to Riad living. From the moment we arrived, Yaseen and Hamid were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Their hospitality truly stood out—not only were they friendly, but also extremely helpful throughout our stay.

They made a reservation for us at a local restaurant that turned out to be absolutely divine, and they shared excellent travel tips that helped us make the most of our time in the area. I also booked two massages at the Riad, and both were exceptional—so relaxing and professionally done.

The meals at Maison da Saada were delightful as well. Breakfasts were fresh and flavorful, and lunch was just as enjoyable.
