Wonderful, magical, place with very good food! The service absolutely profesional! Let me tell you my experience: I was looking for something unique and is exactly what I found! Was the birthday of my husband and I ask “the manager if will be posible to make it special that night” and him did more that I expected. So tankful for that. Them received us with a beautiful table near the pool, dressed with rose petals… accompanied by traditional music and a warm light. The dishes was absolutely “magnificent” I love everything them cook for us… you can feel the hard work in every single bite, the experience and the quality of the ingredients…the real traditional moroccan food. I swear is a must this place if you go to Marrakech. I wanna thanks to Mohamed for his positivity, professionalism and good vibes… him just know how to make you feel home, and also to all the staff for them actitud, and the incredible passion them put in.
Going to a end… for desert them prepared a beautiful cake with the name of my husband, and a beautiful encouragement where we all sing the happy birthday.
Was magic’
Thank you all your efforts and for this amazing experience

Read moreThis was our fifth trip to Marrakech and this was by far the worst Riad experience we have ever had! I booked 2 Senior Suites on the second floor and one of the rooms had a strong odor of sewer that woke up my elderly mother in the middle of the night with a bad headache and had to open the windows. When we contacted management, the manager Alex informed us that they are aware of the sewer backup in the shower, but didn't want to disturb us so they just left us to soak in the nasty odor until I demanded a solution or another room!!His solution to fix this issue was to place 2 candles in the room to cover the odor of sewer until it is fixed. I am beyond disappointed in this Riad. Although the staff were friendly, however this Riad needs major improvement. There is music band playing until 10p.m every night which we could hear loud and clear inside our rooms on the second floor. Our 2 years old who usually goes to sleep at 8:00p.m. was wide awake until the music stopped playing every night. Do not come to this Riad if you have children, it is very loud, smells like a sewer and is not...
Read moreI stayed at the riad a few weeks ago. We landed in the morning and was unsure if we could check in. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and we checked in. The hospitality at the riad was amazing, they severed us fresh morocco mint tea with some savouries.
The Riad is based right in the centre of the old madina, this was very convenient as the centre was only around 5 minutes walk as well as the soukes.
As mentioned the staff at the raid were very kind, helpful and hard working. One particular staff called Anwar stood out to us as we noticed he was there working late night and was very accommodating to breakfast on a morning as we had to leave quite early for some days.
The riad itself is very beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms are so pretty. For breakfast we had it on the rooftop, hearing and seeing the birds chirping was so peaceful.
We also had the Riads restaurant food, the service was amazing and again staff were very polite and kind. They had live music playing which was also nice to...
