Communication with restaurant is great, if you have google maps it’s easy to find on back streets if not they will send someone to meet you. The riad is lovely setting with live music but not intrusive. I like how there is a French & Moroccan menu & that you can choose from either. So mix & match. I had the goats cheese for starter, probably a bit big & there was too much onion in it that had made the pastry go wet & hard, but it was tasty. Hubby had the Moroccan samosa, they were tasty, again rather a lot and no sauce for dipping which when everything is fried you need to cut through it. Mains had the beef which was perfectly cooked and the mushroom sauce was delicious but it was placed on a cold plate & the vegi tables & mash were also cold. I had the prawn risotto which was very claggy/dry, tasted nice but not of prawns.. we didn’t have dessert. Wine was nice , equivalent to a sav blanc. Service was good and staff really nice. Read moreMy wife and I came to this restaurant during our first trip to Morocco from Japan. We'd been enjoying Moroccan food every day since we arrived, but the dishes here were truly something special.
The chef's innovative ideas took us by surprise; the flavors were both familiar and wonderfully new. We were also very impressed with the selection of Moroccan wines. It was the perfect pairing for our meal.
The most memorable moment was at the end of our dinner. The team surprised us with a birthday celebration for my wife, complete with a special dessert and beautiful Moroccan music. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our evening completely unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire team for your amazing hospitality. This was truly the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back on our next...

First, there was live classical music. The place was also quite private even though it’s part of a Riad. Staff was friendly and even brought us all the way to the main street after our meal. Lastly, we got complimentary starter of pumpkin soup.
Honestly, this meal came after 5 days of continuously eating Moroccan cuisine and I was craving for something international. The beef steak was delicious and deserving of the price paid (not like some touristy places we have been to that charged exorbitant prices).
We were really full and didn’t have space...
