Riad Hajar — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

On arrival I was informed my room wasn't in use because of water leaking from an AC-unit causing mould and damage on the walls. I was asked to go to another hotel, which was behind a restaurant and seemed still under construction. I asked to go to a better place but the manager told me that all other options would be eaven worse. No compensation was offered, no beautiful Riad experience, no help from Booking.com...

Mi pareja y yo nos hemos alojado dos noches y tres días en este Riad. Al llegar, notamos que la habitación era muy ruidosa, como si las motos estuviesen dentro de la habitación, cabe destacar el tráfico de motos de este callejón... se lo dijimos y la solución fue "tapiar" con un tablero la única ventana al exterior, que como se aprecia en el vídeo, que lo único que hizo, fue tapar la poca luz y ventilación de la habitación. Además, hay un contador de agua en la fachada, que da al dormitorio también, y cada vez que alguien en el Riad lo utiliza, genera ese ruido eléctrico que también adjuntamos. Sumado a esto, la habitación acumula muchísima humedad, ya que el baño no tiene ventilación de ningún tipo y por tanto el olor a cañería y a baño era insoportable, de hecho se notaba que estaba pintado recientemente, probablemente por este motivo.. Lo único que recomendaríamos es la localización, muy cercana a la medina y la atención y amabilidad de Jaouad, lo demás terrible.....
