My first time in Marrakech and loved this Riad. The staff were so friendly and took care of your every wish. We had the vegetarian menu on arrival. It was a nice dinner and we had it on the roof terrace which was also very cozy and traditional. If you love cats you will love Marrakech because There are a lot of them. Dries was very sweet and took good care of us. There is a guard on the street to help you get out safely and walk you to de front door in de evening. He was also very friendly and helpful. He had 2 dogs and they were so sweet. The rooms are small but very cozy and clean. Would definitely go back to this lovely riad.

A riad is like an oasis in the middle of a scorching hot city and this one is definitely a gem to relax in. The rooms are super comfortable, the bathrooms here have the feeling of a mini hammam and everything smells like argan oil. There is a small pool on the roof which is very well maintained with pleasant water temperatures even if the outside is blazing hot. The staff is very friendly and accommodating too - Abdel, Yunes and Mariam were the three warm and welcoming people that we had the pleasure to meet.

My stay here was absolutely incredible. The Riad was beautiful, bright and sunny. The rooftop pool was exactly what I was after. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and are what made my time in Morocco so enjoyable. The hospitality of Driss and Youssef was amazing. I cannot thank them enough đŸ™đŸ»đŸ˜They helped me with absolutely everything, and taught me a lot about the Moroccan culture. Be curious during your stay, and converse with the staff as they love to exchange their cultures đŸ™đŸ»đŸ˜

After two years of waiting to come here, due to COVID, we finally embarked on our trip to Marrakech. Thanks to Easyjet's incompetence we gained another two days! Transport was arranged at the airport by the accommodation and was very professional. We drove through some rather "unaffluent" residential areas before ending up in a small square. Our very helpful and smiley driver lead us along a small rue and we ended up outside a big wooden ancient door. Once inside... Wow! The hospitality, gratitude and information endorsed on us by Younis was second to none! He sat down and had mint tea and local sweets with us. The room was rustic and perfect for us enjoying the Moroccan way of life. The chambermaids were all courteous and always smiling, the boys on reception always available and Hassan was excellent and always full of local information for us. Recommend having breakfast up on the terrace for a couple of days but book as its only 60 Dr's (ÂŁ5ish) Don't forget a pair of swimshorts for rooftop pool and towels are provided. We shall be returning and enjoying the hospitality here again.... Little side note - enjoy the old Town, no need to venture into the new one as its just the same old city features - high rises, McDonald's... Etc, much more to see and do around Jemaa El Fna and the palaces and gardens along with the obligatory haggling with the locals in the medinas!!!! On the whole wonderful place to stay in an eclectic city of noise, colour and mad mad motorbike riders haha - a must tick box...

We had a lovely stay at Riad Almeria.

It was amazing to stay at a Riad that offered peace, comfort and relaxation. The beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfast and great staff made it the perfect place for us to stay.

We enjoyed the hammam treatment performed by sweet Hafida and went back to our room with the softest skin and a feeling of tranquility in our bodies.

As if this wasn’t enough we had the pleasure of meeting Driss and Mehdi who went out of their way to offer us the most extraordinary service with their wonderful personalities. The entire staff was great but these two in particular made us feel as if no request was too big, made sure that all our needs were fulfilled and made us feel as if the riad was our home. They took their time to teach us about the Moroccan people and culture and the history of the country and treated us better than of any of the many staff members we’ve met on our many trips around the world.

As two women traveling with big suitcases the only thing we missed was more closet space in the room that was smaller than expected.

We would like to thank the entire staff and especially Driss and Mehdi for all their efforts to give us a pleasant experience at...

We has originally booked in at a different riad owned by the same person, well in advance of our trip. We were informed a few days before arriving that there was a "problem" with the internal booking system and we were placed at Riad Villa Almeria. After reading some reviews I see that this is common for the owner. The host offered us a room upgrade and an airport transfer in lieu of the mistake. This was a bit unnerving as we weren't sure what to expect when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by the riad, even though it is not where we had expected to be staying.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, it felt like they really cared to give their best service. The rooms are fairly nice, nothing exceptional but comfortable for sure. We were upgraded again to a suite halfway through our stay which was a nice surprise. The terrace is nice for relaxing but it is a bit small compared to the amount of people staying at once. Food was pretty good but not consistent in quality every day. Overall I'd say it is a nice place to stay in Marrakech, a little out of the way from the craziness but still within walking distance which we appreciated. I'd...
