Hotel Lapha Pvt. Ltd. — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I visited this hotel with my family on our trip to Nepal. It is situated in the center of Kathmandu and offers decent price. We arrived late at night and they were very attentive at that time also. Then we had dinner which we told them to make earlier. They have three types of rooms. We stayed in the deluxe ones. They are very clean and tidy. If anything is needed you can call in the reception or restaurant and they will attend to you. When we stayed they were doing renovations, so the geyser was not there in the bathroom. But they will provide hot water if you need it. They have their own restaurant and bar on the ground floor which is very good. The server is very friendly and I like him. Super friendly staff and a great place to stop over if you wish to be in touching distance of Thames, without being in the frenzy of the place. This is a stone’s throw from The Garden of ?Dreams and a short walk to Durbar Square and Ratna Park. Extremely comfortable bed, great WiFi and hot water! Only downsides for me were the sewerage smell from the bathroom early one morning, though it wasn’t there on my first day, so possibly a one off, and the noise carrying up the stairs (it is quite echoey outside the bedroom).
