Too basic, and wasn’t so great for my needs. They give only two mid-size towels. Bathroom didn’t have enough amenities (though it thankfully had hot water). There was no hairdryer, laundry bag, slippers, or bathrobe. TV wasn’t working. My room wasn’t serviced the next morning. I had to ask for fresh towels and water bottles the next day. The rooms can get chilly in winter since the corridors and stairs are not walled, but the AC luckily can serve as a heater. Read moreI had a fantastic experience at Hotel Kings. I booked this hotel for both pre and post my Annapoorna range trek, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, situated near Lakeside but in a quiet spot next to a hill, offering breathtaking views of the lake and city.

Read moreI stayed at Hotel Kings for about 5 weeks in total. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nice (I stayed in 3 different rooms), with a wifi router in every room. The view over Pokhara from the rooftop and some rooms is beautiful.
Good to know: Sometimes there are power cuts on the power line up to the hotel. If you have video conference calls, make sure you have enough data to stay connected and maybe a powerbank if needed.
I would also wish for more vegetarian options for breakfast.
