Hotel Sunflower — Hotel in Pokhara

My stay at this hotel for two nights, and while the location was convenient and the room was reasonably priced compared to other nearby options, my experience was less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, I felt that the bedsheets and blanket hadn't been changed/clean, which was disappointing.

The most frustrating aspect of my stay, however, was the hotel's policy regarding outside food. I brought dinner from a restaurant, as my daughter had fallen asleep and I couldn't take her out to eat. I explained the situation to the owner and requested to eat at the dining table provided outside rooms, but was met with resistance. Despite my explanation, the owner insisted that bringing outside food was not allowed. Interestingly, I noticed that the owner later brought food from outside for another guest to eat there, which was quite frustrating and inconsistent.

If such a policy exists, it should be clearly stated prior to booking or on the booking website to avoid any confusion. Overall, my experience was marred by this incident, and I wish the hotel had been more accommodating in...

This hotel is worst in case of sanity. The bed sheets are so dirty. I've seen it myself when I was assigned to a room and there was a guest who just checked out and I was going on that room, the only thing they did was mop the floor, they didn't changed bed sheets neither they had sheets on blanket. I didn't have idea to change at that time but later I regretted. They always use same sheets, blankets and towels for every guest and they rarely change it. They had tv but don't work. The attitude of owners are not good, I ordered pizza online and the treatment they gave me after they saw it was so worse. I don't refer you to come to this hotel. They may seem nice at first but they were so bad to me and sanitation is not part of this...

If you are planning to visit pokhara .this is best hotel with best location near by main road.I had stayed there 4 nights .I am so happy with the owner polite behaviour .this hotel is runed by family members .so this is great for couples. We live there without any hesitation. Room and washroom was neat and clean.we arrived pokhara @ 4 am they Didn't charge full amount .he said they will charge only 300rs but while checking out he take only 200rs ..so it was great experience with him .other hotel take full amount charge on earlier check in.i had booked this hotel from goibibo.i remember the name shiva owner of this hotel having Great polite behaviour and there is free WiFi, hot water I will refer this hotel if you're planning to...
