Worst experience ever had... As per their rule beverages brought from outside are not allowed in room. What if guest wants to drink something special they brought??? and notice paper is not even placed in reception, better explain your clients prior they book. According to Lady boss it seems their motto is to keep room clean by not allowing guest to bring food and drinks from outside. Food I understand but for drinks really doesn't makes any sense.
