Hanmer Resort Motel — Hotel in South Island

Like a step into faulty towers. Came here at 3pm and told at the office to wait 5 minutes to check in. 20 minutes later we were met by a staff member who told us what room we'd be in, when asked where the room was we were given a very snappy reply.

Apon staying in the motel we found. Mould on the shower curtains, hairs on pillows, dirty dishes in drawers, lamps in rooms for show as they dont work, yes the location is good, but that seems about the only thing going for...

It was very spacious 2-bedroom unit, thermally heated which was just as well because we stayed during a nasty summer storm and the temperature dropped to 8degrees centigrade!
