How can I give zero stars? I was set to sign a lease with them and the night before they called and said they'd given the house to someone else who was moving in immediately. House pulled out from under us. No notice, no communication. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They are dishonest and distrustful, and then turned it on me and accused me of being sneaky! Which is absolutely false as I was transparent and declared at every appropriate stage. Hats off to Heather and her team. They were amazing every step of the way! They assisted us and were so accommodating during a very stressful time as a result of our flights and travel plans changing numerous times die to COVID. They went above and beyond and always remained professional and friendly. Thank you again Heather! You did a phenomenal job and we are so grateful for your efficiency and help!!
