This place is dirty, no hot water, the reception guy is a DRUNK! ||The door to the hotel is always closed. If you go out for dinner or just to see the ||Square and you come back late, you are going to have a very hard time to get back into the||hotel. You have to wake up the drunk guy to let you back in, and you have to pound on the door to get him up. The rooms have a lot of water damage, and you can tell at one time they had TVs in the rooms but there are no TVs. The reception guy asked us 3 times to pay for our room? He also was pounding on our door at 10:30 at night asking for money as well, he was very drunk and kept forgetting that we paid so we got a receipt. The music went to 3:30 am, we didn't get much sleep. Never ever will I ever recommend this place to anybody. This has to be the worse hotel in Cusco. We really wanted to like this place. Located in a great spot, friendly family staff. However, there is no hot water (not sure how a hotel can operate without hot water). That is a pretty basic need for a hotel room, so I cannot give any stars. In our 5 day stay, there were several hours without any water at all. We were able to take one hot shower after 3 days, though it required finding someone who works at the hotel at 10:30 pm, and then waiting some time longer for him to get the hot water turned on. Al inicio parecia un buen hotel donde poder descansar de un viaje largo,pero poco a poco fueron perdiendo esa idea de mi mente.||Al llegar me querian dar una tarifa de 80 soles por hab matrimonial,indicandome que ellos ya no estan en expedia ,ni trip advisor,ni despegar;que si reservaba con el precio de la pagina ellos lo iban a cancelar. ||Al final llegamos a un acuerdo ,pues queria descansar,asi que no le di mucha importancia,luego de descansar sali a caminar por el centro y al regresar en la tarde las puertas del hotel estaban cerradas,toque el timbre 15 min y nadie salia,tuve que llamar al numero que esta en la pagina que al parecer es de la administradora (jamas la vi por el hotel) y llamo al recepcionista y me abrio la puerta, eso ya estaba empezando a incomodarme,luego al dia siguiente sali de noche y regrese antes de la media noche y vaya sorpresa!denuevo la puerta cerrada,y si es normal que lo este por seguridad pero no es normal que no te habran en 20 min, el timbre no funcionaba y nadie habria la puerta,mientras el frio era bastante y sumamente peligroso dejarme afuera del hotel a esas horas. ||Luego al dia sgte sali a un tour full day y al regreso denuevo!! El hotel cerrado alas antes de las 8 de la noche!!! Espermos media hora muriendo de frio,sucios,cansados de un tour agotador y no estaba abierto ,sus escusas eran sali hacer unos papeles,sali a traer mi comida...||Definitivamente jamas regresaria y nolo recomendaria,cero profesionalismo.||Elhotel no cuenta con un libro de reclamaciones y al hablar con la administradora para vernos y me de el libro,quedamos en vernos en una hora y al final pusieron la escusa de haberse puesto mal al ultimo momento.||La habitacion No estaba limpia del todo,en el baño habia un sobre de jaboncillo al llegar y al 2do dia de que hayan limpiado la habitacion el sobre seguia ahi.||Yo mismo tuve...
