We visited this Asian fusion spot on Japanese night and ordered the Charsu Ramen, Yaki Udon Noodles, and Katsudon with rice. It was, hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, with a unique twist that set it apart from any traditional ramen I’ve tried before. The Yaki Udon noodles were marinated with a generous helping of vegetables and full of flavor. The Katsudon was incredibly savory and delicious. The chili oil had a unique smoky flavor, different from anything I’ve had before. We recommend trying it whether you enjoy spicy foods or not. For drinks, we had lemonade and frozen sake, both refreshing and generously portioned. The service was outstanding—our host/server went above and beyond, even running upstairs to make sure we were well taken care of. He put great effort into the drinks and our overall experience. Lastly, if you’re a cat lover, you’ll enjoy the owner’s sweet cat. She was adorable and kind, the perfect companion during our meal. It was a great break from Peruvian food on our vacation, and we highly recommend this place to everyone!

This place truly has the best ramen in ALL of Perú. I’ve been backpacking for 1.5 months now and have tried authentic Japanese ramen all throughout my trip and this place has been by far the best. As a backpacker who just felt drawn to give it a try- I was truly surprised not only by the food but also by the owner- Julián. Please go, try the food, and if you have a chance, sit down and enjoy your food and share a conversation with Julián and have the unique experience of listening to his story and connecting with an amazing local on your trip. Truly the best part of the experience. Amazing place for backpackers looking for great food and deep and friendly conversation and connection.

This place was really close to my hotel. Given the heavy storms I didn’t want to walk too far in the rain so this spot was ideal. I ordered the veggie ramen with tofu. To say there was tofu inside is a bit of a hyperbole as there were two tiny cubes of tofu - they definitely could add more to make it more vegetarian protein rich. I was told the udon was sold out so instead got some instant noodles in my bowl, which wasn’t great. The soup itself was very tasty with a rich coconut milk flavour and nice chopped veggies. I would say it was expensive for what it was. In Tokyo I could get two real ramens for the price of this one. Was worth it for convenience but would not go again.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The reviews looked promising, so we decided to give it a try for a change of pace. Unfortunately, we left quite disappointed.

First, the seating is uncomfortable—mostly stools, which aren’t ideal if you’re planning to sit for a while. That already set the tone for the evening.

As for the food, we found it overpriced for what it was. The portions weren’t generous, and the flavors were just average. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t memorable either. For the price, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

We’ve been in Cusco for about a month now and have tried several restaurants. For the same price, you can eat much better elsewhere in the city.

The only reason you might want to visit is if you’re a die-hard cat lover. The restaurant’s resident cat, Martinica, is absolutely adorable. She loves to be petted and might even curl up on your lap for a nap.

So, unless you’re there for the cat, I wouldn’t recommend...
