Intikahuarina Natural — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

It’s a decent place in a good location, but the staff are definitely looking to rip you off any chance they can get. Several of my friends took advantage of the laundry service here today (Feb 28, 2018). They charge by weight. 5PEN per kilo, and they hid the actual weight on their scale from us and charged us more. They told me 3 kilos for my small bag. (I knew it wasn’t because I did laundry in another city with a larger amt of clothes and it was 1.6 kilos). When I went to pick up my laundry, I borrowed a weight from another hotel across the street to show that they DOUBLED the weight of my laundry. It was actually 1.5 kilos. They still wanted to charge me 15PEN because they said I should have caught them before I dropped off my clothes. Lol bold response. I paid him what I thought was fair, which was still a little more than what I should have paid, and walked out with my clothes. My friends were all ripped off too.
