We stayed 5 nights in this hostal. It is very cheap an you get good value for money because it is very cheap compared to other accomodations in Cusco. Room is ok, you even get a TV and ensuite bathroom (shower is not very warm if its electrical or too hot if its not electric). The kitchen is way too small and they don't have enough pots, pans, plates etc. to cook. No breakfast, however Coca Tea is for free all the time. ||||What really upset us was the tour booking company of them. We booked the Machu Picchu by car tour through them and it was canceled because of demonstrations. We woke up at 6 and were waiting in the lobby of the hotel for our pickup at 7. It wasn't until 7:20 that somebody told us that the tour was canceled. 5 minutes after that some other guests showed up and already knew since the day before, that the tours aren't going to start that day because of demonstrations. Nobody told us... After that, when we had to book a new tour they wanted to have even more money and didn't give us any courtesy. We booked a new tour "MP by train", which was 40$ more per person. We wanted the train back at 6:30 pm and there was space left, for sure, we double checked it. The lady from the tour company got us the train at 9:55pm altough we clearly told her that we don't want that train. She told us the other one was full, which was defenitly a lie. She also told us that we will be picked up at the hostal at 4:00am, instead the minibus arrived at 3:30am when we just woke up. All of it was just not customer friendly at all, only money focused. I would nobody recommend to book...
Read moreI recently stayed their with my family coming from the united states and the family and rooms were super nice! definitely would recommend for the price! they also had variety’s of breakfast and different types of desserts. the family also does trips for any of the tourists things to their, such as the 7 color mountains, Machu Picchu, and many of the other places and small towns. They also helped us get around the city very easily. And helped us get to their airport because of people they knew. This place is right in the middle of everything me and my family felt very safe. Another great thing is it’s so close to central and...
Wi-fi funcionava bem no quarto.
