Definitely one of the best hostels within the Cusco area. For one the location couldn't be better for what most people aim to do in Cusco. It isn't far from Perurail's Wanchaq Station coming in at a mere 5-7 mins walk (across the road) and is around a 15-20 mins walk from Cusco's Plaza de Armas and Qorikancha site. The rooms they provided us were large and clean. Pair that with the awesome service provided by their staff and you have yourslef a great place to stay! Huge shout-out to their staff member Gladis who was very kind to us during our stay. Though her english was not the best she still strived to provide us the best service - along with the others who worked there of course. Gladis though, was always there during breakfast cooking for our group and opening the door late into the night! Definitley appreciated. Breakfast was part of our booked room and it consisted of bread, scarmbled eggs (cooked by the staff) and an assortment of drinks including, tea, coffee and juice. As nice as the place looks, I wouldn't trust the pitcher of water (never did) :p Buy your own water bottle! They also arranged our taxi from arrival and for our departure at the airport with a price tag of 20-25 soles - not bad. Some thing's to add... if you're looking for a restaurant near the place, there's one called Yola's restaurant (just a 5 mins walk staright down Av. Pardo Paseo de Los Héroes). Great place with decent serving and prices. Also, taxis from the hostel to the Plaza or Mercado Central de San Pedro shouldn't cost more than around 5 soles. Lastly, if you get altitude sickness the hostel provides coca tea! Would definitely recommend this quaint little place tucked in Cusco to anyone looking for a place to relax, get a good night's rest and have some excellent service. Yes there is decent wifi, a hot shower and they do accept Mastercard - ha!
