I stayed at this property for 6 nights prior to a tour with Intrepid. The hotel is very central and walking distance to Larcomar Shopping Centre, Love Park, Kennedy Park and all the main food and shopping strips. I even walked to Barranco from here!|The breakfast is good, a fine selection of fruits, breads, cold meats and cheese and also eggs. There is tea, coffee and coca tea on offer. There is also bottled water for you to fill up your drink bottles with available all day and night.|The restaurant serves a nice dinner, and a delicious Pisco Sour. |The rooms are clean and comfortable. My room faced the front, and was very light at night and can be noisy at times, but if you are unhappy with your room staff will happily find you another if available. I personally didn’t mind the front room.|There is a fan available in the room, which you will need because Lima gets very muggy! |The hotel staff are exceptional! They speak English and are happy to help recommend restaurants and organise tours for you to do. Laundry service is also available, and it is returned to you the next day. There is hot water too. The outside yard is very nice, a great place to sit and relax with a book or to have a Pisco Sour with your new friends.|Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it and stay here again...
Read moreThe group I traveled with stayed here twice during our trip to Perú, two nights each time upon arrival and after our travel through Perú. I didn't like my first room. It was tiny and humid. I also found a big roach on the curtain by the open window. I hit the curtain and out the window it went. There were no towels in the room, and when I asked for them, they told me they only provided a bath towel and floor one for showering, not hand towel or washcloths. There were no soaps either.
On our second stay, I had a much nicer room. It was bigger and better equipped with soaps. BUT, I ended up with a few bites on my lower legs at night.
The hotel seems to have expanded a few times becuase certain areas of the hotel do not connect on each floor, like 4 different additions. So of you don't know where you room is upkn arrival, let them help you get to your room, otherwise you'll have to haul your luggage up and down each section until you find your room. The numbering sequence doesn't make much sense either. Oh, and there are no elevators 🛗 The hotel does provide a very good breakfast in...
Read moreHad a comfortable stay at Hotel Senorial at the beginning of our 3-week tour of Peru.||Situated in an affluent area of Lima, it is situated minutes from the beach, sea-fronted park and a high-end shopping Centre.||The 3* star rooms are very clean and well-maintained - complete with hair-drier and soaps/shampoo. Breakfast was of a basic standard, but satisfactory. Staff are super-friendly and helpful.||The one and only negative was the thickness (or thinness!) of the hotel-room doors - we were able to clearly hear our opposite neighbor’s wake-up call and conversation with reception at 4:30 a.m.!||Overall, a nice place to...
