MIRAFLORES POSADA — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

We have been travelling for a month in peru, and this is no doubt the worst hostel we have been to (not Just in peru).|First of all there was no one in the hostel when we arrived (4pm, a perfectly reasonable time ) and we waited half an hour outside with all our stuff. We spoke to the host on the phone, and she promised to call back in 5 minutes. We didnt hear from her for 25 minutes and luckily someone came in and let us in. |Later, we found out that we didnt get the room that we booked and had to settle for a room with no privatr bathroom and shower without notice (paid less eventually).|At 10pm we finally met someone from the staff, and she didnt even bother to say hello, let alone apologise. Just said "passports please". The attitude was shocking.|She also refused to reduce the price even though we had to leave early to catch a flight in 07:30am and missed the breakfast (which starts only at 08:30am, the latest we have see in peru, but it was not mentioned in the site we booked from).|On top of all that, we found out that towels "are not included in the price", the First time this happens to us in peru. You would expect that after everything that happend the host would at least let us have a towel, but sadly she didnt. |So, to summarise, a very poor experience in a very poor hostel. Certainly not...

Nous avons passé 4j dans cet endroit la semaine dernière. Nous avons eu une chambre familiale pour 4 avec 3 lits ( celui prévu pour les enfants un 90 un peu plus grand ) . Notre fils s'est installé pour dormir sur un vieu canapé recouvert d'un drap pour "cacher la misère " car il avait plus d'espace ( nos enfants ont 7 et 9 ans ). |Les chambres sont sales et très humides . Ça sent mauvais tout le temps . Nous avions une salle de bain et WC partagé :un peu plus propre que la chambre mais il fallait demander pour avoir un tapis de sol , pour avoir du PQ, des serviettes de toilette, etc ... |La gérante est un nonchalante ( peut être timide ) ou alors elle s'en fiche ?!?! |Les points positifs sont l'accès à la cuisine qui est bien équipé, un petit dej compris et bon , l'accès gratuit à la machine à laver , le patiot vraiment sympa et permet de rencontrer d'autre voyageur . |Cet hôtel pourrait être vraiment super si le ménage était plus minutieux et il a également besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et système d'aération . ) il faut sortir cette moquette bleu pourrie ).|Donc ce n'est pas cher mais ça net vaut...
