Great food but horrible service especially in the bakery/panaderia. Bakery/Panaderia - I asked for my muffin to be heated and the rude/tall/skinny baker/young man with eyeglasses put it in the microwave and served it to me on a napkin, not plate. NOTE: The muffin fell apart after being heated in the microwave and lost its taste and texture. Bakery/Panaderia - Almost every time I ask my coffee for here in a mug, they serve it to me in a to-go cup. Bakery/Panaderia - There was a hair in my muffin and the rude/young man named Gus didn’t throw it away. I suspect that he was going to remove the hair and put it back on the shelf. As I was talking, he continued to interrupt me and not show any concern towards me. Super unprofessional! Bakery/Panaderia - Almost all the employees are incompetent and rude. Restaurant - The hostess named Rose gave me her Instagram contact info without me asking for it. Me habían recomendando mucho el lugar, asi que tenía expectativas altas en base a todo lo que había escuchado. Y definitivamente Mozart no desilusionó. La carta tiene algo para todos los gustos, me pareció re variada, ojo: alineada con su tema europeo pero con su par de opciones peruanas que no pueden faltar. El pan de la casa, que viene en un tipo maceta es demasiado bueno, servido con una mantequilla casera con hierbas; uno de los panes más ricos que comí. Probé el lomo saltado de la casa y el lomo strogonoff, ambos buenísimos. El arrocito con choclo buenaso, las papas del lomo saltado exquisitas, no son de las congeladas, son papás amarillas fritas. De postre ordenamos la torta de chocolate, muy rica, se parece a la de tentaciones gourmet. Para llevar pedí también un cheesecake clásico estilo NY, personalmente no me gusta pero quién lo comió en casa me comentó que estaba bien rico. La presentación de los platos genial y las porciones están buenas pero tampoco son enormes y si tienes buen filo te terminas los platos de fondo de ley.
