Apart Hotel San Martín, Lima — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

I really loved this hotel. The apartment is very nice, good space, with a door separating the bedroom from the living room. Very friendly people. ||The restaurant is in the top floor, great view and a great terrace. Breakfast is included and you will like it if you like fresh fruit of great quality.Good coffee.||The location is excellent, minutes away (walking) from everything you may need in Miraflores, supermarket/bank included. About 5 minutes walking to the heart of Miraflores, the Kennedy plaza. ||||The 4 stars come from a few things. For example, no tissue paper, limited towels in the bathroom and a kitchen that is good for as long as you only need the fridge, water heater and microwave. No paper or cloth towels, a few small plates, a few glasses, just 1 sharp knife, so do not plan to "cook" anything other than whatever you can do in the microwave. On the other hand, the area is surrounded by many restaurants that serve very good food for about $12-20 per person, tax included||In essence, I will return to this place without hesitation, but I will buy a few boxes of "kleenex" in my way...

We go to Lima often for business and we always stay in this nice hotel. We really enjoy our stay in this place, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and always attentive and helpful, breakfast is delicious!! The location is very good, close to most of the centric places. Most of the rooms are like suites with is a kitchen and living room, great service. This is not a luxurious hotel but it is really nice and clean, price is also great!!! Wifi everywhere in the hotel and the neighborhood is really nice to walk by, very close to nice restaurants. Nice hotel in a great location in Miraflores within walking distance to most things you'd like to see in Miraflores. Very clean even though this is an older hotel. The staff provides excellent service. I arrived at 2am after a late flight and long line at the airport. The room was held for me as promised, the taxi driver was waiting as promised. Fairly quiet at night outside after 11pm. The restaurant was very good. It was nice to have the kitchenette and refrigerator with the room. Spacious apartment for the price. I will definitely stay here again. It is 2 blocks away from PeruWayna language school so a great choice...
