I traveled around the world and live in USA mostly but not born there but citizen of USA. For the past 5 years traveled in Asia extensively. Then tried Philippines and then Makati. Then Royal Bellagio. I love that that place. Stayed there a month and a half before back to D.C. Not sure what people complaining about here. Rooms are clean and spacious. I stayed in Deluxe room. WIFI they upgraded recently. About noise you get used to it unless you stay in high floor (stayed in Gramercy 50th floor then no noise). Everything else for me is awesome. Well, they all know me. ||||From Marfe, Christian and all from front desk (others I am not ignoring sorry I cant remember all names). In Filling Station I got too many friends: Sherrie, Princess and all my friends in Filling Stations (Love you all). Then comes the Filling Station : Maricel, K, Arcillas, Vencio, Dennis etc., (they know me as Sam and Ashong) and too many of my friends who loved me and protected me. (Thanks to you all). Ofcourse my police friends in the booth opposite 7-11, ||||Yes others said it is kinda red light place but not gross and only few blocks and sophisticated. They wont bother you as long as you behave. Anywhere in the world (be in Washington D.C., Las Vegas, London, Tokyo, Bangkok etc.,) you need to be careful too. They all know me anyways so they dont mess with me.||||Love you all. I...
Read moreRoyal Bellagio in P Burgos is complete joke of a hotel. I stayed a couple of times in the course of 2021-2022 and found the single lift broken for almost the entire 18 month period. There was no warning about this and they happily let you book in and put you on high floors without mentioning that you will have to walk up. The porter staff tried to hide to avoid carrying clients cases, and who could blame them.||Anyway - roll forward to early 2024. I booked a top (15th) floor suite and jokingly asked if the lift was fixed, to which the reply was that they had a brand new one ... So I booked in and went downstairs to Cubana for late lunch, only to find that the lift was suddenly under maintenance. That lasted just an hour or so, and so wasn't too bad, I waited for the repairs. ||Tonight I went out to dinner, returning at 1.30am to find the lift broken and stuck on the 7th floor. Initially I told the reception staff that I'd be sleeping on the 3rd floor reception sofa, but after getting my breath back I struggled up to the 15th floor stopping every 3-4 flights to get my breath back (I'm 72). ||Needless to say I shall be asking for a total refund and a good will cash gesture - I will let you know how that...

I've stayed on the 7th floor in the back and I preferred that to a front room on the 9th floor because of the windows face the street and a little boy watching in the hotel windo across the street... and again light and noise from the street... The good thing is the street is so loud you can't here the bar.... beep-beep- honk-honk beep-beep...But clean, nicely decorated rooms with a splash of sexy. Bright Purples and Shiny Yellow so far... One room had a sex tall bar stool with hand and foot rails circling the bar stool for varies sex positions, I opted for the purple...
