I always bought food in this branch since it is near in my location but just yesterday, I was really disappointment. I bought sandwich and air fries, then after waiting for 15 mins for the air fries to cook, when the staff pulled out the cook fries from the air fryer there were numbers of cockroach (small one) appeared on top of the air fryer. As in several 🤨. So I cancelled my order, then suddenly a few baby cockroach appeared on both side of walls. I told the staff, you didn’t notice that? So it means you don’t keep sanitation that’s why cockroach multiple here. What if the food wherein they prepare the sandwich already passed by the baby cockroach and the staff didn’t notice that.
